2 months agoGreat car wash! I think this location is one of the best, if not the best location for Quick Quack. I love the membership option to wash as much as I like! They are always friendly and great to talk to.
One thing I wish they had was a little more “umph” behind the power sprayer that you first get when you go in the car wash. It’s more like a sprinkle shower and not a power sprayer at all.
The vacuum service, of course, is an excellent part of the service.
Definitely my “go-to” for a car wash and always pretty satisfied with the job they do.
2 weeks agoLove this location and the employees are great! But let them wear Quick Quack t-shirts and shorts – they’re out there in 101• today in ties and long black pants 🫠😁. My granddaughter loves the lights inside the wash 😀. My only issue is there is very seldom any orange rags at the vacuuming stations.3 weeks agoThis is a nice car wash! Even the good setting left my car squeaky clean. The vacuums had a good suction, and I loved that they provide a blow duster as well – I haven’t seen that at many car washes.The only thing I didn’t love was the prices! But not much I can do about that 😆
3 months agoI love the convenience and value of the membership plan! I’m a student and park my car outside, and so it’s great being able to wash my car whenever I need to without factoring in cost and the weather (especially in the winter). I also love how many Quick Quack locations there which makes it easy to wash whenever and wherever it’s convenient for me. I’ve also had them upgrade my washes for free several times, which is an added bonus!a month agoI love getting my car washed at quick quack! The staff is super helpful and kind. I had Joe check me in today and he was just so kind and had a great smile wile working!

They have a whole line up of quality vacuums and pressurized air hoses perfect for a quality detail. I love the clips for my car mats to be vacuumed. – bottles of ArmorAll products for public use, along with stacks of microfiber towels
– clipboards next to hoses for mat cleaning
– my personal favorite, an automated mat cleanera month agoI got a car wash for a month and cancelled it well before the next bill period, but they charged me anyway. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over a month now and I can’t. This includes phone calls, emails, chat, and even social media. They respond asking “how can I assist you” and then no response. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Lovely car wash, they usually give you car wipes and it’s pretty cheap. Although they seem to be closed unexpectedly quite often, may have just been a phase.
Edit: it was very cold when I went. Just beware when attempting to get a car wash if it is below 40 degrees. I appreciate the manager reaching out.
Went to get a car wash and was stuck with an even more dirty car then I arrived with. Very unfortunate with paying almost $500 a year for this place.
I hate writing negative reviews and seldom write them but I feel I need to share my super frustrating experience. I’ve gone through the wash quite a few times since I’ve moved to Orem. The first few washes I had no issues, then a couple months ago I went through and got some mild scratches on the top of my trunk. I reached out the same day and got no response. It wasn’t that big of a deal so I didn’t follow up, and yesterday decided to give them another try. Not only was my car still dirty after the wash but by the time I got home I realized my car was way more scratched up! I drove back to the location and filled out an incident report, after taking the time to file the report I was told by the employee that I basically wasted my time because cars that are older than 5 years won’t be covered regardless and that it is “impossible” for the wash to cause issues. The manager reached out to me claiming it’s not their fault because the scratches were on my car before. Yeah, from the previous wash. Super unprofessional customer service and handling of the issue. Also wish that they were more straightforward with their policies about damaging your vehicle. Likely won’t be back.
I have used there new ceramic top tier wash. It does pretty good. I still have bugs on the hood and bumper normally so 1 star off on that. The price is a little high if you don’t use it at least once a week. Fortunately I use it a couple times a week when I’m at Costco or in the area. The rest of the car is clean. Just need improvement on front bumper and hood.
I have loved this location! My car always looks great thanks to quick quack! Kelsey is awesome! She is always so kind and has the greatest smile! Go see her! She’ll take good care of you!
