She is outgoing, personable and thoroughly explains treatment plans and best courses of action. Little did I know that this office is a joke. After walking around the facility in circles for 5 minutes because there’s no signage that directs you too the office, I arrived at my 10 am appointment at 10:03 am. The raggedy receptionist greeted me, advised I would need to pay $109 and then in the same breathe told me my appointment was at exactly 10 am and I would need to reschedule. My pain level was on 11 at that point in time and it became obvious that this is not a business that is on the up and up. I understand being late for an appointment, but 3 minutes before turning around to walk away I glanced at the waiting room and no less than 10 people where waiting with more coming in the door but they where ready for me 3 minutes ago and I missed my turn. I highly doubt that, seems like incompetence to me. I went a step further and called the office to speak to the office manager. She was conveniently with a patient and conveniently never returned my call. Everyone at this dental office was absolutely amazing. the front desk girls, the dentist, and the lady who checked me out Sharonda who was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. Since I didn’t have insurance she gave me some good advice. Overall awesome experience and I will be back since they told I have a cavity at the end lol darn it. I told the receptionist I was having a hard time getting an appointment with my dentist and she fit me in for the next day! The X-ray Gorl was so gentle with the painful metal square or whatever you call them. Dr. M. and her staff are incredible! I have anxiety with seeing the dentist and they are so kind and understanding. At the very first appointment I expressed my anxiety and Dr. M made sure I felt comfortable and told me if at any time I needed a break, to let her know. I’ve never seen a dentist do that before. Waterfront dental is excellent. Dr. M and her entire team are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I get very nervous about the dentist, but the team at Waterfront is exceedingly warm and patient in making me feel comfortable and well informed of my dental health. The office is impeccably clean and has a relaxing ocean front vibe. The front desk is always pleasant, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I am grateful to be a patient here and recommend them highly!
I recently switched to Waterfront Dental and am so happy I did. The location is beautiful and easy to access and the office is clean, inviting with many amenities offered to make you feel comfortable. It was the most thorough dental exam abd x-rays I’ve ever had! Dr. M is so knowledgeable. All of the equipment/tools seemed so new and up to date. I’m so happy with my decision and know mouth will be taken care of!
This was my first time at Waterfront Dental and it lived up to all the expectations I had! Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Very efficient with time, no waiting around. Explained all services they were providing and recommendations moving forward. Extremely glad I found them!
