  1. This is an unprofessional and fraudulent office. My husband called to schedule an appointment, gave them all of my information (he is under my health insurance) and they stated if there was an issue with insurance information they will call him and let him know. He did not receive a call. On the day of his appointment they said he gave the medical insurance and not dental, and refused to look it up for him. Instead they told him to pay for the appointment up front and when he has the insurance information he can get a refund. He made the payment and ten minutes later I was able to send him all the insurance information. Once he gave the necessary information he was informed that he can’t get the refund and that he will hear back the next day about the status of the refund because the manager was busy at the moment. The next day he went and they said he should of not come because they did not call him. He asked for the manager and she said this was his fault and that they cannot issue a refund, it has to be a check given by corporate. Which is fine but that should of been disclosed when pressuring him to pay instead of letting him wait for me to give him all the information. When the manager told him about the refund, she said it would not be for the total amount he paid because the insurance pays less for the appointment. He had to keep stating that he will get a refund for his total amount he paid in cash.They tried to keep the left over money from his original payment while having a full payment from our insurance company. These people are scammers.

  2. I love this establishment the Indian Dr and her team are truly the best very friendly and helpful. My doctor pays close attention to detail and cares about your well being. Smile. I feel so at piece relax when I visit. I would give them a 10 best of the best.

Very disappointed, every appointment last at least 1hr on waiting rooms.bridgeport site doctor unprofessional, try to convince me the most expensive treatment for my tooth and carelessly arrive 15mnts late. My last appointment with them1:00pm, it was 2:10pm, still waiting for the doctor, i talked to the assistant about losing my time and i left. They charged me $60, didn’t bother on calling or complaining, not worth my peace of mind.
    Not recommended!

  4. I have been going to Dr. Dental for several years now. Today I was highly impressed with the front desk staff. Dr. Sophia and her assistant were very helpful and friendly. Compared to my last visits it was the best. The office seems more organized, definatley cleaner with new floors and fresh paint.

  5. Excellent service and a great staff. I was in pain for several days with out sleep l came to the office and received fast service with out pain .therefore,I would like to recommend everyone who suffers from toothache to take an immediate appointment.thank you all

    I’m super thankful for my dentist he is kind, friendly, genuine and very well informed about what he does. He takes the time to explain in detail whenever I asked a question regarding dental issues. The work staff overall are awesome friendly and helpful highly recommend this location. I had been a patient for over 8 years and honestly he is the best dentist imagine I move out of town and still drive over an hour to his office.     I would like to say that Dr Aminov was very professional with his job. I came in for a wisdom tooth removal and I was a little concern at the beginning due to all the equipment he had laid out. He made sure that he provided enough anesthesia for my process, and also asking me if I was okay. Then he proceeded the process in which didn’t even took long and it was easy. Later in the day he called me and made sure I was feeling okay. I would like to recommend this Dental office for any dental procedure.

    I highly recommend Downtown Dental. I have been a patient for years. I have never run into any issues. The doctor is great at explaining what is going on with your teeth and allows you to make your own choices of the treatment that you can afford after insurance has paid. If you are self pay, they work out payment plans and offer good discounts.

    I had a great experience here! Alon is an excellent dentist, he talks you through the process and cares about his patients! Chris, the dental assistant is amazing! They made the rool canal comfortable for me. Definitely going to continue to come here.

    My first time at this practice and I will 100% recommend the zoom teeth whitening technique to anyone It’s quite efficient, I so can’t believe the way my teeth came out white and stain free. The Tech keep asking if I was comfortable every couple of minutes! I really was. But the service is amazing I highly recommend this practice .

    Was a new patient at this office recently, and I wish I could give them negative stars. First, I was at the office for 2.5 hours for a routine teeth cleaning. Then, the hygienist and dentist proceeded to tell me that I have 6 cavities— I’ve never even had one cavity in my life! I went to get a second opinion because it didn’t sound right to me, and I actually have ZERO cavities!! I am absolutely appalled at this level of unethical behavior. This practice was going to let me pay $1500 to unnecessarily drill 6 holes in my teeth. Absolutely horrible that they try to take advantage of their patients. I would never recommend this practice.

    Dr DeJesus’s work is superb. I’ve moved to southern New Jersey and had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist who had her work checked by another dentist who remarked to me that the dentist (Dr DeJesus) has done some of the best dentistry work I’ve seen in the many years of my own practice..
