She was very courteous, explained as she went along and was very thorough. Dr. Mahoney gave excellent advice in what may be in my better interest and did not try to promote anything that he didn’t think I needed at the time. I respect that forwardness and honesty. He is straight forward a honest, kind and genuine person. I love how much passion he puts into his work. I am normally not a fan of the dentist but Mahoney is so confident in his staff and his knowledge I go in totally relaxed and at ease. He is extremely personable and cares about solving the root of problems and not only treating symptoms. Very nice people. In network with my Aetna insurance. Got me in quick due to pain in my teeth. Got me a cleaning within the next week and a whole game plan to get the teeth of my dreams. Have an attached orthodontist as well. Loved both visits I’ve had. I have some more visits coming up and very excited for what they have in store for me!!
Gerri was very kind to my son and took the time to explain what care he needs. She also went ahead and scheduled the kids 6 month appointments during their visit so we wouldnt have to wait at check out. I appreciated that very much since one of my children had to be put under for a crown procedure. Thank you Gerri for being so nice and polite!
First time coming here, we took our 2 year old for his regular check up and GERRI was soooo good to him! He absolutely loved her and had the confidence to let her brush and care for his teeth (which he’s very timid and shy) so I was very impressed on how she got his trust so quickly ! She was also so quick and it was over before he knew it ! Definitely recommend them especially Gerri she’s amazing with little ones (:
I was initially very impressed, they were friendly and made my kids feel comfortable. Since my kids required dental work done in a hospital setting, we set up a plan on the work they needed done and we’re told we would get a call back once we heard from insurance. I’ve been waiting since February and when I called back a month ago and left a voicemail the lady that transferred me had said that their hours got cut from hospital work and she didn’t know what that would mean for me. I went ahead and left a voicemail that day and have yet to receive a call back. No further options, no further information on what is actually happening?!
