  2. I scheduled my appointment for 1/5/23 at 11:00a months ago. I received a confirmation email in November. I received a voicemail my appointment was at 12. I called and they said the system had me in at 12. I saved the confirmation email. I was inconvenienced and had to cancel another appointment to make accommodations for this appointment because I had waited months to get an appointment. It seems since going into maintenance, it’s been more difficult to get appointments and the service is less than good. Now I was told at appointment your company is going to test out new appointment scheduling process for those on maintenance, that I could not fully understand and appears to make it more difficult for those in maintenance to make advance appointments. I feel less inclined now to not recommend people for the services.

  3. The cool sculpting treatments do not work at all. I had 4 treatments and there is absolutely no difference then when I started. I feel like the company should be transparent. If you are not a good candidate they should tell you instead of charging almost 3000$ for something that doesn’t/isn’t going to work. Wish I could get my money back. That would be the honorable thing to do. Do not recommend

    Talked to executive client customer service whose response was your welcome to come back and buy more treatments. What a joke

  4. I had the best experience today! It was my first appointment and I was definitely nervous for how much it would hurt. Emily was AMAZING and made me feel super comfortable. Excited for the rest of my appointments!

  5. I absolutely love this team at west Hartford they truly are amazing! Every time I come they always listen to what I’m looking for and recommend the best product for me and provide me with a very natural but youthful look.. I’m 44 and truly want to slowdown and soften any fine lines.. but to look like myself and this team gets it right! Great job and I always recommend ideal image to all my friends

    First off, I have to say that Tabitha is hands-down, the most down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable receptionist I have ever encountered. She was enthusiastic and caring – being my first tattoo, this made me feel very comfortable! My brother and I had Leo for our artist. We did back to back tattoos with him. We lost our aunt one year ago, and she was indescribably important to us. These tattoos are in memory of her. Leo was patient, friendly and very skilled. We provided him pictures of what we wanted and he absolutely nailed it. We will definitely be going back to Hartford County Tattoo!

    I saw Morticia. She was friendly and very personable. I felt like I knew her for ages. The environment was relaxing and definitely clean. She worked on placement with me and was super patient. The thing I liked most is she reaches out a week before with the drawing. I’m super unorganized so that worked great for me. I am definitely going back for part two. Love love love her art work!!!!

    Got my second tattoo ever from Ty at Hartford County Tattoo. Not only did he have the utmost level of professionalism; he was also kind, respectful, and one of the easiest people to get along with I’ve ever met. We did a couple of adjustments prior to the stencil and he was extremely accommodating. It was such an easy process! He was very consultative and it was so exciting to see how much fun he had with this piece of art. There are some additions to be made in about a month and for the first time in a very long time, I’m like a kid before Christmas. I would recommend this place, and Ty, a 1000%. This sets a golden standard of tattoo parlors and I trust whatever comes out of there.

    I worked with Angelo for my first tattoo, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Designing, scheduling, communication, all was very professional.     Line work is amazing. Angelo did a great job leaving negative space so the tattoo really pops. Shop was very clean as well. Can’t wait to go back and get this full chest tattoo done!! Will update with pictures when we’re finished
