  4. I cannot thank Malman Law enough for the exceptional support they provided me after my car accident. As a college student, I was already under a lot of stress, and the accident made things even more challenging. However, from the moment I called Malman Law, I was taken care of.

    They directed me to medical assistance that they paid on a lien, which was a huge relief, as I wasn’t sure how I would be able to afford it otherwise. They also rescheduled appointments whenever I needed to, which was incredibly helpful, given my busy schedule.

    In all honesty, I will never use this law firm again. Sandra Ortega lied and gave me a certain amount that I would receive, and I didn’t get anywhere near that. I should have went with MY attorney instead. But I betrayed them and got betrayed by Disparti. That was my fault. They claim they had to negotiate with the insurance companies, and they really did not because upon speaking to both insurance companies, and with the services I have on my insurance THAT I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH, they were going to give me what I was owed, WITHOUT negotiation because the other driver was at fault. I do not feel that the lawyer should get more than the client. When you settle for $102,000, and you only get $25,000,,, YES… I have a problem with that because the lawyers get their $$$ off the top and NO ONE touches that and you get what’s left after everyone has chipped off of the remaining balance amount. I believe insurance and settlement are and should be 2 different things. If I knew that they were going to do this, I wouldn’t have chosen them. But because Sandra lied to me, is the reason for this review.

    Stay AWAY!!!!Predators. My mom used this firm services when she was in her car accident 6/2022. The experience was not good. My mom is not familiar with injury law and she had a good case. The person who hit her was found guilty. However, today 5/17/23 she received a very low settlement. I can’t even write the amount it’s embarrassing. Her pain and suffering and missed days at work, physical therapy sessions for months. This is not the amount she deserved especially for her pain and suffering almost a year later. My mom for months kept up with the case more than the attorney. Stay away from these predators. Praying on single women who knows nothing about injury law. Especially women of color. They called her phone the day she got in the accident and she felt the compassion in the woman voice. Unfortunately, it was just something to reel her in. Stay away from this law firm. Greedy people. Don’t care at all

    I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A CHECK FOR OVER A YEAR WHEN THEY TOLD ME THIS WOULD BE A OPEN AND CLOSED CASED SOMEONE HIT ME. They have never reached out or called about any information I have to constantly call them and contact them. And I still haven’t heard anything. I feel as if they are keep me waiting because they offered me a deal & said they will only take 25% because it would be quick
