3 weeks agoI bought my membership a few weeks ago, and have come to the Carwash at least four times. Since I’ve signed up, there has been an issue with getting through the gate automatically. Either my scan tag isn’t logged into the system correctly, or the scanner isn’t working correctly. The gentleman at the gate always lets me through, but has suggested I go into the office to correct the issue. There should not be an issue to fix. At least one of the four times they went in to get clearance to open the gate for me, the scanning issue should have been fixed too. Love the “convenience” wish it worked as planned.5 months agoThe automated car wash is about as good as the one at Costco (but DO fold in your side mirrors!), albeit a lot provider at $20 and up. The saving grace is that there are plenty of cleaning stations, supplied with clean towels and vacuum hoses, so you can polish and clean your car after the wash.a month agoI went to get our car washed just so my 2 sons would have fun in the car wash. the young woman knew we were just having fun in the car wash and let us go through twice. my kids loved it (thanks). alot of fun and the car got cleaned too 🙂2 months agoWaited in line for a long time. The card reading machines clearly don’t work as cars had to keep reversing and asking for employee help to process their payments. Once I finally got the wash, my car was still dirty! And there were no clean towels in sight. The return towel bins were overflowing and even strewn on the floor. There’s 3 levels of car washes. You can go as many times a month that you want after signing up for the automatic renewal. Soapy Joe’s is undoubtedly my favorite car wash ! The service they offer is top-notch, and the best part is that it’s budget-friendly. The costumer service is amazing!! I’ve been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
Shelby is awesome! She set us up with a membership for unlimited car washes during the month where there was a special if you purchased one that’s going to be the rate you’ll be charged every month and you can come back as many times as you like. She went out of her way to explain the program, and was very friendly, making it very difficult to say no. She definitely deserves recognition for her efforts! Thank you so much!
Update: sadly we had to cancel that membership because the company started charging us the full rate after the first month and special offer “expired”. They should really be more clear about what they are offering.
I’d say this is probably one of the older Soapy Joe’s, and I think the tunnel reflects its’ age at times. However, in the sense of space available and staff, they have it best. Their team members like Josh, and a lot of the other staff who have been loyal to this branch for YEARS, are the main reason I keep coming back here. Consistent and convenient
