What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Me and my sister moved in a month and a half ago and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is awesome, we have met and made so many new friends. The apartment is great we love everything thing about it. I highly recommend Parkway Gardens to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.

  2. Please finally repair or replace washing machines on the 4th floor! One machine has been out of order for a couple of years! The two machines in the middle only run 2/3 of the cycle and yet we are charged full price! This has existed for over a year!

  3. I love love my place and neighbors are nice you don’t hear nothing
And it’s clean only thing if we can have a 🛒 or 2 each floor it’s hard to find them and I don’t do elevate lol

  4. My grandma lives here and the countless amount of non-senior people running around the hall playing at night is ridiculous. I work long shifts and come to visit my grandma in the morning after my shifts a lot and when I come at 6am there are children screaming (I didn’t know elderly people had new born babies), teenagers playing dice in the hallway (??? This is not a casino) and even young adults talking about smoking a juul (I don’t even know what that is) in the beauty salon. This is ridiculous.

  5. Yes before I went inside parkway garden I could tell it was very pleasant and beautiful once inside it just felt peaceful so loving and so inspirational and then she took me and the lady Richard Madison her name was so polite and so courtesy she showed me the apartment that possible I will be getting and it is beautiful they also have a lot of other things that goes on there for people of of age of my age and older and there are so many things that will keep you busy so many things that you can do there they have things that comes away that they can help you and I really do like it there and I hope I can get the place which I’m sure it’s going to fight for it and I love it and I couldn’t find a better place it’s just something about it that made me feel so peaceful and it’s a beautiful place so until further notice I am trying to get it I encourage anyone is looking for a place where the peace and beauty that will be the place thank you

Yesterday a mentally ill tenant almost burned his apartment down. Smoke filled the entire apartment and the hallways! Nearby tenants begged the management to go inside and simply open the door and try to wake the man up. Sadly she just stood there and told everyone she can’t open the door. Tenants then decided to call the police and they then instructed this hateful women to unlock the door. This is sad and disgusting behavior from management, to not even try and help a person from dying from smoke or danger. She should be fired immediately! Literally everyone is upset. There will be video

We have been living at Pathways On The Park for six months now, and we couldn’t be happier. Firstly, all the people who work here are top notch. Friendly and helpful, they are more like family members. Kate and Judi are always there with a smile and a good word. Fredia, who is charge of housekeeping, is equally friendly and cheerful, seeing her always puts a lift to my day. Omar, who does the maintenance, is efficient, knowlegable, and goes out of his way to do his work right. Secondly, these apartments are an extremely good value for the money. We moved out of a smaller apartment in downtown Saint Paul which was hundreds of dollars more expensive per month. We have a spectacular view from our balcony, which is a great place to sit and relax on a Summer evening. The neighbors are pleasant, and overall, this senior complex is well worth looking at if you want to live among nice folk and have a nice, spacious apartment at a reasonable price!

I lived at Pathways on the Park for 1.5 years and loved it there. Kate, the building manager, is personable; knows the residents; and is helpful. Omar maintains the building and apartments well; hangs pictures and fixes things quickly. I miss the housekeeper who recently changed jobs as she was cheerful and also knew everyone’s name. I’m sure that the new person will know everyone in due time. The building has a variety of social events for residents to participate in each week and the community room is great for hosting your own events. When I moved to Pathways, I planned to be there temporarily while I looked for a home. I would move there again, if circumstances in my life changed, and I needed to be in a supportive community while living in my own apartment.

I am a registered nurse who visits a client at Pathways each week. I have never written a review of a facility or of an apartment that I visit, but of all the places I go to, Pathways has to have the friendliest, kindest and most knowledgeable staff. I truthfully look forward to seeing them They always have a smile on their faces and a kind word to say. Kate and Judy in the office are great. The facility is alway spotless and smells great. Kudos to Pathways on the Park for hiring such a talented group of people.

I have lived at Pathways on the park for the past 15+ years Its a great community yes there have been difference of opinions between residents However Marvin in the last review in my opinion is incorrect first of all the Community manager Denise Green was here for a short time 7 or 8 months .She tried to correct the huge favoritism the last manager before had shown to some of the residents. My dealing with her were always professional reasonable and she applied the building rules fairly. We have not had any employee at this location for 17 years. Yes we have had staff turnover but my understanding is they resigned because they got better job offers. We had going away parties for most of them. I would rent in any apartment building managed by Denise Green she is terrific. I have made many friends and acquaintances in this building who are of many races and cultures I have not seen or experienced any racism in the building. I enjoy living here and in the neighborhood where stores and transportation are close. I have encouraged many friends to rent here.my one complaint is the stairs to the underground garage there is no elevator to the garage I would like to see that change.

It’s got loads to offer. It’s got a washer and dryer in the livingroom section behind doors. Dishwasher, sit in shower, brown flooring in kitchen and bathroom. A self-cleaning oven and self-defrosting refrigerator with an ice cube maker. A garbage room where you can throw your trash down one shoot or the other for recycling. It has a gym with loads of exercising equipment to work out on with two tv’s in. It has a nice theater room with a big screen. It has a Club room with tv. All their tv’s have Direct T.V. cable service. and Social room has one too. One has a fireplace in it with two tv’s. And it has two mail rooms. One for U.S. Mail and the other for pkgs. And a restroom for men and one for women near mailroom. And it has an underground garage. Extra storage rooms are available. And two elevators! And it’s right next to Swede Hollow Park, (which makes you feel like you’re up north if you go down the 127 steps). But you can drive to other parking lots too, (one by the Music Cafe on 7th St. or next to Payne Ave. Next to school). And best of all, it’s based on your income. Whether it’s Section 8 or the other ones. All in all, it’s a good deal! Sample pictures are available on their Website.

This looks like a nice place and I’d like the opportunity to see it and possibly to live there. But they haven’t returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails. I always receive the same response, ‘we’ll have someone get back you as soon as we can.’ No response yet after weeks of emails and calls. I’m looking for a safe and quiet place and I like this location, but how can I even get any information when no one gets back. Updating this review on the 17th of June and changing my three star review to one star. I left voicemail this week and sent email, no response to either. I wonder if this is how they respond to tenants concerns as well, because if it is, (and I think it’s possible) then I wouldn’t want to live there anyway.

This is a beautiful place with great amenities. The fact that it’s next to a grocery store is a bonus. Angie (the Property Manager) is awesome! She went above and beyond to assist my grandmother and I during the move. We really appreciate her! Also, we love the services offered to seniors, and so far, the residents have been kind.

I have been a resident at the Cambric for over 4 years, moved into a brand new unit. I love my apt plenty of space. Large walk in closets and a sit down step in shower. Being Handicapped this has been a Blessing. The Property Manager Angie is a hands on Manager that goes out of her way to help you solve your problems. Her Communication skills are above and beyond what is expected. Great coop next door for shopping. Easy access from freeway. Also plenty of great restaurants and shops. I recommend and approve of this Property.
