  2. Today I was seen very quickly. Which was a 4 star already. The orthodontist that is doing my treatment plan is also very good at his job I’m only 3.5 months in and notice a huge change in my teeth. The beautiful lady with the color in her hair that checks you in and calls you to confirm if you are coming to your appointment is fantastic. She has wonderful customer service and will definitely go above and beyond.

  5. Ofelia was incredibly helpful along with the staff. My mom and I fell I. Love with everyone here. Facility was clean and easy to get to.

    Explanation of benefits was conveyed in a manner where my mom understood what was covered by insurance.

    The service was excellent! The day started with Serenity at the reception desk, who was helpful and answered all questions regarding insurance and future plans. I was taken in by Rachel, the X-Ray technician, whom provided, quick, professional service and received a quality teeth cleaning from Alma, the hygienist. Dr. Singh paved a feasible plan going forward. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed by the service at this office!

    I had my first appointment at this location, but have scheduled with Western Dental in other towns I’ve lived in over the years. I have been fortunate and always received excellent service. Yesterday, I spoke in length with Serenity at the Antioch-Brentwood office on 4518 Lone Tree Way. She was FANTASTIC, very knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process of getting implants, then went over (in private) all the financial options, helping me come up with the best solution for my budget. She was very friendly and not pushy at all. She didn’t try a bunch of upscale tactics and was really straight forward and down to earth. Because of her, the awesome dental tech who took my x-rays, and the dentist (who explained everything in detail & an easily understandable process), I’m going to get full implants… upper and lower arch. Thanks Serenity & Team!!!

    Alma, did a awesome job on my cleaning today. Her work was very professional. Also Dr.Sawers Francisco, extracted my teeth, and it was an awesome experience. He does very excellent work.

    I feel they were really busy, we waited a long time. Dentist came in, numbed my son, and left. She came back later and did the filling in 5, maybe 10 minutes. She didn’t ask how it felt, she just told him to wait for numbing to go down before eating. As we waited at the front desk to pay, my son said it felt rough. I told the front desk, and the Dentist said to wait for numbing to go down and then call them to let them know. But his tongue isn’t numb, he’s telling you right now it doesn’t feel right. So now we have to take time out of another day for them to fix what should have been done at his appointment. But instead it felt like they were working on multiple ppl at same time. Not happy with service. ***UPDATE A day later, I was called by their office asking if everything was OK. I told them no, they got us in right away. Dr Wu polished the molar and got rid of the roughness. My son said it felt smooth and much better, thank you.

    I have been going here for several years and the whole staff from the front desk to the dental technicians to the dentists are all knowledgeable, well skilled and most of all work so well together as a team. I never have to wait longer than 4 to 5 min before they take me in. My dentist is Richard Morasco is my dentist and has been doing implants and is so skilled and efficient. He takes the time to explain treatment plans and tries to accommodate to your budget. Strongly recommend East Bay Dental and Dr Morasco!!!
