  1. First off, I Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and if the pain wasn’t manageable they do take walk ins in the morning. I seen Dr.Brooks. He was very friendly and professional. He pulled my painful tooth that day and scheduled me for more dental work 3 days later. They are also open pretty late. After my 2 visits I wont go anywhere else. Office staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for making me feel better!

  2. Staff tonight, 02/17/23 (Thursday) were very compassionate and thoughtful. We had an emergency situation that took us all day to try to get figured out. Many places closed at 12pm, and many others were booked out for the next month. 24/7 Dental took us in – Even though we had not had full information on our end of the walk-in policies and things like that, we made a 30+ minute drive. And, they still helped my fiancé pull two teeth and were very generous about their services, even though they were having to stay a bit later. We are grateful for your quick rescue guys!

  3. I had a bad experience with a dentist years ago and because of this I developed a fears of going to the dentist. My fear of the needle, tugging and pulling were set at ease. I was terrified of the needle but when the doctor said it would be a gentle pinch of the needle, that is exactly what it was. He juiced me up pretty good, so that during the procedure I felt nothing. The staff were extremely helpful, thoughtful and caring. They worked with the doctor before and after to assist and answered any questions I had.

    This is the morning after 15 hours later. The bleeding has stopped and I feel comfortable, taking it easy though. I highly recommend their dentistry. Stop procrastinating out of fear, take care of yourself!

  4. Dr. Michael J Brooks pulled 1 wisdom and 2 molars for me about a week and a half ago that had been causing me some significant pain. I did a walk in appointment on a Friday morning (get there early to stand in line if you want to be seen). They had me in and out in just a couple hours. The dentist did a fantastic job making sure I was numb, and pulled all teeth quickly and efficiently. Used some tea bags as he recommended, and I’m healing nicely with no complications.

  5. Honestly, I would love to give a good review of this place, but with it being Mother’s Day, I was concerned that my appointment would not be handled. I should have went with my gut instinct and not waste my time or my gas. They claim that I did not confirm appointment which I did over the phone. The receptionist took it upon herself to cancel my appointment. And then refused to answer the phone. No one was there. When I showed for my appointment

    I had a great experience at Aspen dental! The staff is amazing to say the least. Tia was my dental assistant and she makes you feel so comfortable and let’s you know you are in good hands! Giving you step by step details of your appointment and what to expect next! My hygienist Nikki did a great job explaining her recommendations and what needed to be done to keep my gums healthy, she even pulled my X-rays up on the tv while she explained the procedures I would need next. Lastly I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes to be seen by Dr. Anderson and within those 5 minutes I had Nikki and the receptionist come back to apologize for my wait, even offering me water while I waited!!! Never had I experienced such great and detailed customer service from a dental office, From the first encounter with the receptionist to my final encounter with the very informative office manager was excellent!!!! I feel great about making the choice to switch to Aspen dental!

    The atmosphere was professional and very pleasant. My initial lobby wait was short, and hardly any lull in the examination areas. I enjoyed each person as they acted in wonderful confidence in the procedures. I thank all the employees for a welcoming attitude, which is getting rare lately in commercial settings.

    Aspen staff was very thorough. I got a complete exam and learned I had a few surprise issues that made sense on the reason for so e of my teeth problem. All the staff were sweet, the ones waiting on me as well as other personnel. They worked hard to accommodate our needs and will be back.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an appointment for my son. It takes us 30 minutes from my house to get there and when we check in the lady say’s immediately we don’t accept your dental insurance. Why didn’t anyone say anything when we scheduled the appointment or beforehand since we have been going to this office. No call, letter or email how RUDE! Do not go to this place it’s absolutely horrible!

    Great experience at Aspen dental Dr. Martin, X-ray technician and office manager was excellent. They were very professional and knowledgeable about my service. Answer all of my questions and concerns about my dental work 🙃 I have appointment to take care of my dental issues. Wait time was not bad either. I give them a 10. Keep up the good work

There was a few issues with my fillings, but everything was figured out. The staff was wonderful and made me feel welcomed and understood my frustration and helped.
