And seeing and performing the treatments at You and Improved Esthetics, I have seen true results in every client. If you are interested in body sculpting and don’t want to have surgery, I highly recommend this place!

  3. My consultation with Hailey was great, she was very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during this time. She was very detailed on what my concerns about the treatment were and I’ll absolutely be visiting them again. The atmosphere is Amazing and the staffs are very welcoming🤗

    Update: The facility is beautiful and services were okay. I was going rather frequently but lack of communication and discrepancies with billing was disappointing to say the least.

  5. She so called has the worst soft ware in America she can’t over tide or do anything. They young ladies in are super young . I think they are learning on. The job training which is illegal you have to have your license. So people be aware of this scam office . She is only worried the money not you or the Client. I would never refer any one to this office .

    They will also take you money and won’t give it back . Dusty is a rip off . In it for the money

    She took my money over $400 she know and so does her staff . They all know it. She is telling a lie she took my money and never ever to accommodate me what so ever . I have the bank statement to prove it . I would not trust her with anything. She is a liar

    I had a wax with Alejandra and it was a fantastic first experience at this establishment. Alejandra had a calm vibe, she was quick and *thorough* (which if you’ve been waxed before, you know how difficult it is to find this quality). I was extremely satisfied with my results and have no complaints. There were no care or process instructions given to me, so had it been my first time being waxed I may have been a bit lost, but as it wasn’t, this wasn’t a problem for me, but worth noting for first timers. Everyone at reception was welcoming, and making a same day appointment online couldn’t have been easier. I will definitely be back, here’s to hoping future visits are as good as this one was!

    Acacia was phenomenal! After reading reviews I requested her. She gave me some great aftercare tips- made me laugh the entire time & was really informative. The location was clean and beautiful. I can’t wait until my next appointment with her!!!💙

    It was a shockingly triggering experience. When I arrived I was informed that they forgot to let me know that I would have to arrive 30 minutes in advance of my scheduled slot in order to have the numbing mask. Then after waiting for my scheduled appointment time to start because I was early just not 30 minutes early, the waxer greeted me as sweet as can be but then proceeded to close me in the room without any instruction on what she wanted me to do if she wanted me to go ahead and undress. I’ve never been to Any of their locations before. I wasn’t familiar with the whole wipe process or anything. Nothing in the room to drape with. I peek my head out and ask for guidance and the staff member made the comment that they weren’t going to stay in the room with me while I changed. I told her I didn’t expect her to but I had no idea what she wanted me to do. It’s the end of the day so she was obviously annoyed. At that point I could tell it was not going to be a good working relationship to deal with an intimate area of my body. It just set off all kinds of alarm bells and me that there was already not a good working relationship between me and the aesthetician. So I decided to trust my gut and leave for her sake and for mine. I’ve been waxing for two years fully bare down there… This was the first time establishment has actually made me nervous going into my wax

    I saw Mya. She was not overly friendly, but honestly – that’s what made it great for me. I wasn’t in a super talkative mood and she either wasn’t either or sensed that I wasn’t. We had a small conversation but then she handled her business while I thought about what to make for dinner. She was super quick and effecient. One of the fastest brazilians I’ve ever had. It sounds insane, I know, but it was nice to not have to fake a smile and / or conversation. She was awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

    Rude Hispanic female did my eyebrows here once. Criticized me for having curly haired eye brows ? Iam black after all, with naturally curly hair. Never heard if anything so stupid in my life. But thats why shes waxing brows for a living i suppose. Dumb broad. I was pregnant at the time. Didn’t assist me at all on getting on table. Girl whatever your name was you can’t even do a basic job like this right!

    I have been a customer here for at least 2 yrs now and I’m confused about the 2 negative reviews about the waxing hurting. It’s WAXING!!! And especially if it’s your 1st experience. I’ve had Alyssa and now Dani and I’ve always been pleased. This is the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. And I’m not sure about rude staff, all I can say is I’ve never had that experience. I don’t get paid for reviews but you can’t please everyone and some people live for a negative review. Keep doing your thing ladies.

    After being on accutane and not having waxed for over a year, DJ made me feel comfortable and confident.     So I have gotten my eyebrows tinted on several occasions and I have hated them every time. I came across Dani’s work on IG and said I’ll give it one more shot lol! Let me just sat I absolutely LOVE my brows! Dani did an awesome job and was super sweet. The place was beautifully decorated and smelled like Heaven, I’ll definitely be returning for more services!
