  1. I usually go to Home Depot which I hate but it’s close by. But today i went to GP Ace Hardware. The sales person was very patient and answered all my questions. They had exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store.

  2. Took a chance on this place and was pleasantly surprised. Store is deceptively large despite a modest storefront, and staff were friendly and helpful. They also had the exact specific products I needed, which was great since I generally have to go all the way to a Home Depot or Lowe’s for them. Would recommend.

  3. The manager Chris went above and beyond to help me exchange an old craftsman tool. The people in this store are great! Very friendly and helpful. I like the size of the store, it’s small, but they have anything you need.

  5. I have a hanger bolt that I couldn’t find anywhere. Apparently it was customized for the furniture I have. I had no idea. I stopped by Ace Hardware and Joseph was able to customize 2 for me. Thank you Joseph!!!

    Drove out from Frisco because they had the 99% isopropanol I needed for cleaning watches. Staff there were super friendly, and one nice gentleman saw me walking around trying to find stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. Very happy with the experience.

    I mean… what’s not to like about a toy store for adults?!?! It may not have the same variety as Home Depot, of course, and it may have higher prices… But it is really convenient and have what I’ve needed lately (most of the times) I could spend hours here just browsing stuff, coming up with stuff to tackle next at home!

    This is the cleanest, most organized, and awesome hardware store on earth! They stock everything from paint to plants, wind-chimes to wall anchors, candles to crazy-glue, and decor to demolition equipment. The staff were approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only did they ensure I found exactly what I needed, I overheard them going above and beyond for a phone customer. The location is convenient with great parking. Their product selection ranges from economical to top-of-the-line for every category. They even have an incredible gifts section full of unique, useful, and original items. I can hardly believe that I’m looking forward to my next visit to a hardware store, but I’m excited to come back! Thank you, especially, to the young lady at the front counter (she had several bracelets on, but I don’t remember her name) who helped me with the color of an item I was looking at. When I commented on how much I appreciate the high-quality of this store, her response was: “Thank you. This place is great, and I LOVE working here!” Wow! Who hears that anymore these days. 100-stars aren’t enough, but I give it all five! Thank you, again. I’ll be back.

    Was trying to use knife sharpener. Manager Doug was extremely rude and not helpful. Paid twice to sharpen 2 knifes. The machine didn’t finish seconds knife properly, I kindly asked Doug to run it one more time and I was ready to pay for it, but her was rude and didn’t even listen to me. Throw the knife back and said not going to do it.
