  1. I went to purchase Bar Keepers Friend because their prices were substantial lower than anyone else I looked at. I was very pleased with everyone except the first check out person. I was in line as I approached the register for my turn she turned off her light and told me she was closed. Second check out person was nice enough to make up for her rudeness.

  2. This is the most unfriendly and laziest home depot I have ever visited. Over packed with employees hanging around in groups playing and hands in their pockets. I was there to purchase cabinets and 3 different people said they would have to send me someone else and never did. I stood there for 2 hours in store waiting for help. I was highly disappointed in this store. All the cabinets on the floor i could get my self were busted up and i was so frustrated i would have bought those highly discounted, but i couldnt even get help at all. Never again at this store it is awful!!!!!

  3. Great selection of plants. Fruit trees are mature enough to fruit just wish they carried more fruiting trees like lemon trees.

  4. Items I came for were not stocked except for one. The Home Depot app indicated the items were in-stock, and the location, but the item was not there. When I finally asked for assistance, James , was very short with me and pointed to the general direction that I should find the trash bags I was looking for. The trash bags were not there either.

  5. I won’t give this store anymore of my business. Bought a washer and dryer that was to be delivered. After waiting a week for delivery they showed up with no call and left because they said no one was home. We have a home base business so we definitely were home. No call no nothing except an email saying it would be another week to set up a delivery. We were treated very poorly by “customer service “. If you can’t carry it out of the store you’d be wise to buy it somewhere else. From now on Lowes will get my business. Still without a washer and dryer but they have already been paid. Home Depot delivery stinks. 👎

    Awesome people work here who went out of their way to help us when we had ti purchase a new hot water heater. We have to give special thanks to Dillon who really went the extra mile for us.. All the associates who were helping were just wonderful.. thank you !!!

    Went around 8:30 this morning to look for stove. Found one and had some questions. 2 other customers were asking for help also. Finally someone stopped and told us that the people who worked in appliances didn’t come in until 9:00!! Why open early if no one can help you in certain areas(i.e. appliance)? Poor customer service!!!!!
