  1. Conveniently placed, clean, well stocked on their wide variety of merchandise, customer service oriented, floor employees seem more knowledgeable then most other hardware stores I’ve been to. All in all, I’ll definitely be back!…. even though I live 23 miles away and there are at least 2 closer home depot’s to me, I’ll come to this one over the others any day.

  2. I got the best help from 3 employees in the garden area. First; The lady that was working cashier was the best customer service that I have ever received 10 star rating. This lady went above and beyond her Customer service/cashier in which made me feel just as important as her parents. Second; not sure of the 2 guys name, (did at the moment but I had my mind on my projects.) Let me tell ya, they did not hesitate to help at all, I mean OMG, their enthusiasm, laughing, smiling and participation did not go unnoticed and hopefully one day within the Crismon staff/managers/corporate can tell them “Perfect Job Well Done” with any extra incentives toward their future with Home Depot…Honestly, it made me feel like a million bucks in all I have been going through lately. Thanks to the garden staff! The 3 staff members were young and full of energy. I do hope n pray, they have a lot of potential opportunities coming their way! Thanks Home Depot

  3. I noticed in the bathrooms that femal hygiene is offered for free which should be everywhere. Why it isn’t baffles me. Home depot is not my favorite but this one simple thing makes a profound difference I. My quality of life as well as shopping experience which was also posted in the bathroom. The experience as a whole I clouding the bathroom has been taken into consideration and that shows. Good job home depot. Someday I hope that’s a normal thing because I don’t choose to have this I don’t believe its something we should ha e to pay for. We don’t have to pay to use toilet paper it is as essential and charging for that kind of product is immoral and demeaning. Why nobody thinks this is a huge issue baffles me. But Thank you home depot. You got a lifelong customer now. Forward thinking. More people should jump on that train.

  4. Bought so much! Finishing out a remodel, changing night into day. Great selection of electrical items. I bought outlets, switches, lighting for the bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and 2 ceiling fans and more! Fast service.

  5. I dislike the fact that all cash registers are closed and force customers to use the self check out registers.

    I LOATHE SELF CHECK OUT REGISTERS!!!!

    Reasons why I don’t like the self check out registers are to many to mention, but here are just some of the reasons why I hate them. They don’t always scan accurately causing an inaccurate charge. They fight with you, they refuse to continue with the transaction unless all requirements are met. This one goes to Costco. These self check out registers also, can’t take coupons, or offer military, student, senior discount.

    I prefer having the human factor. And, keeping all those wonderful cashiers employed and not out on the streets begging for money or “anything helps”

    I don’t appreciate being lied to multiple times. I don’t know why they discontinued the wood stain I used the last time but when I just bought the matching piece and wanted to stain it the same color I was a bit annoyed to find the same color isn’t carried in store anymore. At the first store I went to nobody would help figure this out. Every other person shopping in the paint department was acknowledged but me. Then I went home and found it was only available for ordering in bulk. But, I don’t want to create another account from another company that will just sell the info. So, I called this store told the lady what I wanted and she said I could come in, “no problem”, as it turns out I can’t order in store without making an account either despite what she claimed. The slightly condescending employees in the service area said I should go home and do it because its the “only place to check out as a guest”. Turns out that was also a lie (see picture attached, no guest checkout possible). Guest checkout showed up on her workstation in the store but she refused to let me order with it. So, Fine, you don’t want my business anymore. Will be glad to oblige.

    I was waiting forever for an employee to come by to cut the chain. Two employees said even though the chain cutter is down, they can still cut the chain no problem. I wait and I wait, no one shows. Eventually the person working the area walks by and is all, “not sure who told you that but I can’t cut it without the chain cutter” okay soo why did the other employees say you can? It’s a hardware store, use a bolt cutter or I can use a bolt cutter. Lowes wouldn’t have let me down.

    I purchased a gift card online for $1000, the gift card purchase was processed and there is an authorization for $1k on my bank account, however, i then received an email from Home Depot that the order could NOT be processed. Customer Service claims i would need to wait the standard time for the authorization to fall off my bank acct! So frustrating they hold your $$ when they cant process your order!!

    I tried to rent a tool, I ran my card And they took the amount that I was told they were charging me and than it took all of the rest of my money off my credit card(more than 5x the amount I was paying. Now the transactions just say pending and my bank is saying to sort it out work Home Depot. Sure wish I could just have my money back so I can never return. $%#$ this store.

    Amazing customer service! I went with my 80yr old grandma and they went above to help us pick out and find the cordless blower that would work for her and also with the best deal for her $.
