🔥All things lead to Home Depot🔥
Everything you need and more! Garden, Patio Furniture, Paint, Electrical and Lighting, Lumber, Hardware, Building Materials, Storage and Moving, all types of water and AC filters, Plumming, Millwork, Kitchen Design, Flooring, Appliances and Special Services, plus Home Depot has the Power of Tool Rental. Durability and reliable quality of merchandise when you really need it. Excellent customer service and convenient location, especially if you’ve acquired their credit card! Home Depot is definitely 4x Faster at helping to make sure we’re good during these tough times as the World is Healing. Re-member to grab a Powerade and Create copies of your most important Key on your way out at the new self-service Minute Key Machine. This is absolutely the Safest and most Diverse Home Depot; your entire family will love shopping through these isles! Your family is going to love their reversed all Star Energy at this Calle 8 location, but if you’re really concerned about Covid, you can definitely use the Home Depot app to browse the store inventory, order ahead online (including any tool rentals), and they’ll take care of you quickly outside at curbside pickup – little to no contact! These people are great. I always bring them Little Ceasars🍕 because I know how Orange Life is; I used to work here (three years), and I’m just like them. Olga, Camila, Roger, James and Christian are all amazing managers who really do work. Side Note: If the photos from my review aren’t loading, you can see them all in Google Maps. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of our top main focuses because of demographics. Expect us soon, Thank you.

  2. Very busy location but very well staffed. The help finding the specific play sand for my daughters sandbox and even the installation of my daughters playground. They made the entire process easy and I’m very pleased. Also bought all my interior and exterior paint custom mixed from them and the guy mixed me the exact color I was envisioning.

  3. This home depot is incredibly understaffed especially when it comes to in store pickup and returns. There is always a huge line and only 1-2 people working the counter. I try using the in store pick up option to speed up the process, but they don’t put the product in the lockers which means you have to wait in the long line defeating the whole purpose of in store pickup. Also, they sometimes pick the wrong products for pickup so you have to do the long line for a second time to get a return. Management please hire more people.

  4. Overall, my experiences at The Home Depot on 8th Street in Miami have been positive. The store generally has a good selection of products, and I usually find what I’m looking for without much trouble. The service provided by the cashiers and floor personnel has been consistently good, with helpful and friendly staff members available to assist me.

However, one aspect that has been a significant drawback is the parking lot. It has been a nightmare on multiple occasions. Finding a parking spot can be a frustrating experience, especially during busy times. The parking lot seems to be insufficient for the number of customers visiting the store, and it often feels overcrowded.

The limited parking spaces and congested layout can lead to a lot of circling around to find an available spot, which wastes time and adds unnecessary stress to the shopping experience. It would be great if The Home Depot management could address this issue by either expanding the parking area or implementing a more efficient parking system.

Despite the parking lot inconvenience, I still find The Home Depot on 8th Street Miami to be a reliable store with helpful staff and a good selection of products. If you can plan your visit during off-peak hours or use alternative transportation methods, it can help mitigate the parking issue and ensure a more enjoyable shopping experience.

  5. Home Depot has to vet the people they are hiring. The garden department has a young woman working there that is terrible. She is not helpful in the list and does not put forth any effort whatsoever to assist. It’s beyond my comprehension how basic customer service training does not happen here when other people who work at Home Depot are just SUPER helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. I went to pick up an online order. It was large and heavy, but the employee was nice enough to place it on a cart and walk it to the front of the store for us while we waited. She came back to explain the process and told us she would return with the order. THANK YOU for improving your customer service. I used to avoid Home Depot, but now actually enjoy going because I know if I need help I can walk up to an associate and they won’t run away. Curbside pick up ends at 6pm. Line inside is very long.

Employees have bad attitudes! Never had this experience at Home Depot before. Typically employees are very helpful. Today first man I asked gave me an attitude told me he was busy and treated me poorly, next woman I asked looked at me with big eyes when I asked her a question then told me that I was smart and young and could read the packages to find what I was looking for??? What! Will never come back to this location

I like this Home Depot next to Dolphon Mall looks very clean always stocked up of the things we need ONE thing they do NEED to work on is customer service maybe it’s just all Home Depot that don’t believe in customer service I think when a customer walks in someone should greet them at the door ask what brings them to the store maybe the greeter at the door can tell them what aisle you should go other then that this Home Depot is GOOD water better then the one next to Mall of America’s I find that Home Depot to be SUPER ratchet

A great store, but you guys need better willing to help employees, is a shame that a great store with a lot of great products hire those kind of employees bringing their personal problems to this wonderful store.
