  1. I stood outside in a row of 4 people for about 10 minutes this morning. Nothing moved. I’ve been a customer there for years. The organization of the processes has deteriorated in my opinion. The pharmacy is of high quality.

  4. The pharmacy is highly recommended. In the event of an emergency, the pharmacy responded immediately. Communication was perfect both by phone and WhatsApp. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and had total understanding. Many, many thanks, especially to Ms. Iwan!!     Very competent and courteous staff. Some are even very humorous, which I really like. I also think the language skills of the employees are great, which you can easily recognize on the name tag. I’ve been a loyal customer there for many, many years.

    Very good service with good advice and the opportunity to be tested with rapid corona tests. The tests are carried out very professionally and seriously. Appointments can be made by telephone or spontaneously in the pharmacy and the test procedure is quick and easy.

    Unfortunately, my father, an elderly gentleman, was not helped to transfer the printed vaccination certificate to the mobile phone in digital form. Whether there is a lack of competence or good will, I cannot judge. I myself come from the pharmaceutical sector and know how much money the pharmacies get for this service. There should be a bit of service there, even if the transfer to the mobile phone is not explicitly part of the service. Conversely, I also know how difficult it is for older people to use technology. Very bad!

    The ladies and gentlemen try to do their job well. Unfortunately, sometimes the primary goal is to generate revenue, not help the customer. If you ask, you get the answer: we only give recommendations. Good for getting medication but not recommended for a constructive recommendation.
