Linder for the wonderful service and advice, I needed a medicine I was using in France and she didn’t hesitate to find the equal one for me, visited the pharmacy for the first time but felt like I was a customer for years, it is very important for places like that to keep the staff positive and friendly as that affects directly the customers…well done and much success to the whole team…

  4. If I need a little more advice, I always go to this pharmacy. The time is really taken here. The staff really knows their stuff and is friendly. I’m happy to accept longer waiting times if the result is right, and it is!

    Despite pre-ordering several private prescriptions, there are always long waiting times (up to 30 minutes) in the pharmacy when you pick them up. Some of the employees are very nice and helpful, but some are cheeky and impudent, right up to the boss. Formulations such as “end of the discussion…” are not appropriate when dealing with a customer who has been making sales of 3,000-4,000 euros per year in this pharmacy for years. Unfortunately, special illness and life situations of the customers are not taken into account. Actually, I like to support the local trade in the city center, but if the service is no longer suitable… From now on, I will completely switch my regular supply of medication to an online pharmacy, and I will have everything delivered to my home and I no longer have to be annoyed. For smaller purchases such as a cough syrup or an anti-diarrhea, I will perhaps continue to go there.

    Very unfriendly and little information, if I may compare it with other pharmacies, the service is not convincing and there is a large selection, but it is also available everywhere else + competent advice! It seems to me that you take very little time here and that the focus is on sales. I find it extremely worrying if you receive badly rated and questionable products from Asia from a pharmacy without advice. That’s why I go to a professional pharmacy to get a good product?! Never again!

    Requesting an appointment for a rapid corona test is a joke in itself. It doesn’t work everywhere without only here. But OK. I can still accept. BUT that there isn’t even a sign in front of the door is a cheek. You stand in line for 20 minutes, only to find out that the test is only done with an appointment. This is a bottomless cheek!!! I was definitely here for the LAST TIME!!!!!

    I have been a customer of the Sonnenapotheke since the beginning and have always received excellent advice and support. I can also confirm the five stars for my parents, who have no internet and are 81 or 86 years old! Ms. Wallis and her staff are just great! When they’re on emergency service, they really are available 24/7! Unfortunately, I had to take advantage of that and I would like to thank the team very much for that 🙂 Please keep it up!!!!!
