What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. My go to location for clothes detergent, Epson salt, toilet paper, organic %100 cotton tampons and more! They have sales 5 panties for $20. Fresh clean baskets abs check out stands.

  2. Drive up service was amazing, reliable fast and efficient.
I’m interested the new Ulta section in my local store, it’s a great setup in store it’s already out growing its section.
I love we can shop Ulta items for same day pickup on the app.

  3. Ordered online for curbside pickup. When we arrived, they put the order in the back seat and we drove home, only to discover an item missing. We contacted them online. They said they would send out a replacement…which wasn’t really a replacement since we never got it originally. It was a missing item. That was days ago. Still no product. No communication as to the status when we might expect it…nothing. Just pathetic!

  4. Has more stuff than the other target I’m used too down in the enterprise area. Got my protein milk and supplements here only issue i have is with some of your workers, they’re definitely not the friendliest. I know everyone has their days but you don’t have to stare me down when I’m scanning out my 3 items worth $15. While someone else who is bagging up their 40+ cart is literally not scanning some items right next to you lol.

  5. I went to this location while visiting my friend in Las Vegas. After selecting my items, there were only 2 long lines open. I stood there with my disabled son waiting. Finally, another register was opened. The cashier walked over to the white woman behind me and said, I’ll take the next person in line. I said, that would be me and started to proceed to the next register. I was not taken as the next person in line. I was disregarded. I left all items and refused to be discriminated against. Wow, target should choose employees that don’t discriminate against people of color or the disabled. Never will I shop at this type of place.

As big-box stores go, this one is extraordinarily safety conscious. From the moment you walk into this Target located on Blue Diamond Rd., you notice the security kiosks staff enforcing mask regulations. There are staff members visibly cleaning all the shopping carts, so customers feel safe. And all the floor personnel are wearing masks and gloves. No other department stores I go to do I see such diligence to customer and employee safety. What immensely impressed me was the person cleaning each check-out position (after each use) in the self-checkout area. I seldom, if ever, see this kind of diligence at any large store. For that matter, even at smaller stores. This store is quite expansive and very well lighted and clean. The floor personnel goes out of their way to help you with your questions. Although many shelves are picked clean from Christmas, you can see Target employees’ effort to quickly re-stock empty shelves. I’ve said this before. People reviewing these large stores such as Target, Walmart, and Costco tend to denigrate them for whatever reason. Maybe they are the stores people love to hate. But in the case of this particular Target, I can’t honestly find anything negative. AT A GLANCE REVIEW: RECOMMENDED: Yes SERVICE: Good PRICE: $$ COVID: Follows pandemic guidelines. PARKING: Ample. Convenient. Safe. INTENT/RESULT: To make a purchase.

I Really Love Target Stores, Usually but a Couple of Items Need Fixing! I had a Gift Card Earned from the App “Fetch.” I had it Pulled Up with the UPC Showing so All the Cashier had to do Was Scan it & It Was Done! TARGET Has a Separate Way of Requiring Special Instructions Before You Can Scan It! This Required Additional Help from an Exceptionally, Helpful, Patient Woman Cashier! She Knew about Target having Extra Steps, & went Out of Her way So the Gift Card Will Work! Target Needs to Step Up & Make Sure You Are Informed of this B4 Choosing a Gift Card! Another Problem I’m Handicapped & use Scooters in stores! Targets If you are Parked too far Away in the Parking Lot, the Handicap Scooter Stops & You Are Stuck! It had been Months since I was at Target, they Need Signs attached to Warn that This happens! Last Week it happened it was Night, Very Cold & Drizzling, I only got about halfway to my Car When it Starting “Beeping” & Stopped! The Parking Lot was Full & I had Parked far back I had to Leave it between 2 Cars since I Couldn’t get any Further! I know the Reason behind it is to Prevent Thefts, BUT There Needs To Be Reasonable Warnings B4 Leaving Target with Handicap Carts, so a Disabled Person Doesn’t End Up Stuck with Bags of items, having to figure out how to Manage a Cart Backwards, in the Dark with Many Cars Honking at You.

So originally I was going to give this store a 1 star review but a manager named Deniel gets a 5 star. I purchased a coffee pot on Sunday 5-23-23. I have had this coffee pot for 5 years previously so on Monday morning when it worked I threw everything away. On Tuesday the coffee pot literally blew the lid squinting coffee grounds everywhere. I figured no big deal, I would return it with no problem because I purchased it on my debit card, which they would have a record of. When I went to the store to return it first the employee told me I never purchased it, so I showed him my account record of the purchase then he told me it shows him that I purchased a black one ( mine is grey) . The employee told me there was nothing he could do and it was my loss basically. I pushed back on him a little to no avail. Fortunately there was a manager named Daniel listening to the conversation. He some how could see that the coffee pot was purchased on my card. I also learned that no matter what when you put your phone number in even if you don’t have a target card you get 1% credit. I don’t know what that first guy’s deal was but he almost made me never visit this store. What store can’t look up purchases on a debit card? I am fortunate Daniel was there or I would just be out the money!

I could remember when Target first became a place of business. Target has always been economical with high-quality products over my 35+ of engagement. Cordiality and helpfulness of the electronic department attendant, and the hotdog attendant in the vending section in the front of the store. Thank you.

This Target on Blue Diamond is a mess every time I go in this store. The women’s bathroom was skanky. No towels in the dispensaries and no hot blowers! Gross. The floors are disgusting too. Most of the merchandise is in disarray. I also blame the customers. Put stuff back in its proper place. Stop leaving shoes on the floor and out of the boxes. A lot of sizes are sold out. It’s really a shame. I used to like Target but its just becoming a disappointment that the store manager does not take pride in this store.
