  1. Target is doing a great job with their no hassle return policy. And when you order online all you have to do is drive up and someone will bring your items you ordered to you. I love that you don’t have to get out and go into the store to pickup, if you don’t want to.

  2. This store is a jerk. Everyone claims to be a manager or a supervisor. I am missing 4 items from an online pick up order. They told me I had to wait until loss could attempt to find what happened. They had a line with people waiting over an hour. For my in store experience items were in the wrong areas so prices of course were different. A rude “supervisor ” said she had better things to do than price adjust. She was yelling at customers and staff. Spent 4 hours trying to get someone on the phone. Finally did after 9pm only to be told it could be a few days

  3. Went to Target in Canton Crossing to pick up household items I had ordered online. I was assisted by a lovely young lady who was knowledgeable about a specific product, noticed damage to one of the items and swiftly went to the Aisle and replaced it for me. She was friendly, courteous and just couldn’t have made the experience nicer for me. That’s Service! Way To Go Target😁

  4. I always love shopping at the Target on Boston Street. I love shopping at all of the targets. Really, I think that they’re constantly improving their customer service and I just don’t have an issue with shopping day. The only thing I would change is the dressing room policies and I don’t see anything wrong with this Google experience either. It’s the best. Keep doing the good work target. Well done. Well done

  5. I truly enjoy shopping in this store. Never have I had a bad experience, I thank God😃. I received great service from Chris in dairy, who was very busy. He was on his knees stocking the milk refrigerator, he turned to me, smiled and ask if I needed any assistance. Tiffany our cashier was polite, personable, funny and quite knowledgeable of your store and helped us with your app. So, I thank you Target for hiring good and caring people because they render great service 😌.

    In my opinion, this is the worst Target out of the ones in the area. It’s 8am on a Friday and there are no carts inside and the store is a huge mess. They should have signs saying you need to bring a cart. This is the case about 75% of the time that I come to this location.

    Always horribly stocked and incredibly messy shelves wherever you look. No wonder the inventory is off always. I come here in hopes of finding things and will check weekly for them to restock only to have to go to the Timonium store because they restock their products. Had hoped that after the renovation they would get a little more organized but no such luck

    Has everything but can get messy. This is larger than some other Targets in Baltimore, but it’s always a mess. It seems like they have a decent amount of people stocking things, though. The makeup and beauty section is very nice, recently redone and has a lot of options. There’s a big selection of clothing for every group, too.

    Beware of drive up! I have waited over 30 minutes for my drive up order along with many other frustrated customers. I use drive up to save time and energy from having to drag my children into the store when I need to do a quick store run. After siting and waiting for so long as they grow restless, I could have went into the store to save some trouble. Absolutely ridiculous !! Target at Towson has to be the worst Target in the area.
