He noticed that we had an upgrade and that we should act quickly before the trade-in value on the old phone dropped. He is knowledgeable and made the transfer of data easy. Jake went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. His presentation of my options was highly professional. With calmness and patience he showed extreme kindness in outlining my benefits in upgrading my phones. My family and I had a most pleasurable conversation on phone technology during our visit at the store. The staff worked as a team in ensuring all customers received immediate attention and quick service. I am glad Jake was our service tech.
Daniel was absolutely amazing in helping my son and I with our phones! We were having issues with my son’s iPhone, and despite all those issues, Daniel was able to help get my son’s phone upgraded easily–along with mine. He was very polite, professional, and answered all of my questions with in-depth answers without hesitation. I will definitely be a returning customer of his. Thank you so much, Daniel!
Daniel makes everything so easy. He diligently researched plans and options to get me the best deal. He then transferred all of data onto my new phone for me. He then followed up 3 months later and answered a bunch of questions I had. This is not the first time he’s done this. This is why I made an appointment with him 2 years after I bought my last phone from him and go to him with all phone needs.
My phone was hacked! Jake spent HOURS sorting through the mess. He was able to retrieve my accounts. I am forever in his debt!! Jake was kind, caring, and patient. He then looked through my family’s account and was able to update everyone of the five of us. We left with new phones and felt we had made a new friend. Jake provided service like I’ve never had before. He took the time to answer our questions and was extremely knowledgeable! Our entire family of five adults are all very pleased with the phones we got updated with, the service that was provided, and the final cost of our plan. Well done, Jake!! We will look to work with Jake again!
