  1. We went there to see if we could find a birthday gift and gift we found. I also got a couple pairs of goodies. Also a similar set up and usually clean. I will say unless you have coupons and kohl’s cash or the items are in sale, typically the merchandise is a bit on the pricey side. The clearance sections were pretty decent and the check out not too long. We found a 20% online and the cashier was most helpful and friendly. I will say all worked out as planned.

  2. First time I’ve been there since I moved out of Nashville 5 years ago. Much better organized than the last time I was there. Able to find what I needed easily AFTER I found someone to ask for directions. Since it was during the day and staffing was minimal it took some time.

  3. I had a very good shopping experience at the Hermitage Kohl’s the other day.
    I was having a hard time finding the number on the box of shoes I wanted to purchase. I saw an employee putting up stock and I asked if she could help me. She immediately stopped what she was doing and with a smile came over to help me. Right away she found what I was looking for, I am not very techy and couldn’t pull up my Kohl’s app so I could get my discount. She explained it to me step-by-step and I was able to find my shoes and get my discount but only with Dianna’s help.
    You just don’t find customer service around these days like that!

  4. I love this store and most of the workers are nice to me.
    I’m here weekly. On Mother’s Day my fiancée, daughter and I were followed around.
    The worker who was following us in the children’s shoes interrupted me with “I’m trying to find so and so some shoes. I can’t find any so I’m going to have to go to another store” while I was trying to explain to my crying daughter that we need to try the shoes etc.
    please. Mind your business. And yes I’m still gonna shop here because this is not my fault and I like the people who check me out. Xoxo, Christina.

  5. Would love to see a little more variety of clothing. Also, there’s not a good upkeep of organization on several of the women’s racks.

    Clean, well organized, and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Regular prices are not the lowest, but they regularly have sales and good stuff on the clearance rack, as well as early bird sales. Generally good stuff.

    On May 11’th I wanted to buy a Ninja 12 in 1 air fryer. I looked at the Kohl’s website for Smyrna, TN and it said they were on hand and I could pick it up the same day. After driving 6 miles, I looked in the store and couldn’t find one. I then asked a sales clerk for help and finally convinced him to check the storeroom He came back and said there were none on hand and didn’t know when any would arrive. As I left he said, “Have a nice rest of your day.” Needless to say I won’t darken the door of this store again. They did manage to convince to “sell” thousands of dollars of negative advertising to my friends.

    This store is in bad shape. The floors are in bad shape. The departments were trashed. I am accustomed to department stores being clean, organised, and welcoming. The displays were lacklustre and had obviously been given zero effort.

    This is a great place to shop. All the employees we encountered were very nice and professional. The had the all the school clothes my kids needed. The dressing rooms were very clean as was the rest of the store. Great experience.

    Kohl’s does not have a very huge selection of mens Levis Docker’s anymore, especially in sizes. Never saw too many employees willing to help the customers. There was an older Caucasian lady, 5’5″, medium length blonde hair hanging out like she was shopping for clothes. She had to be working as a loss prevention employee.
