  1. This is one of their super Targets. Well stocked, organized and clean. Underground parking – great for Walnut Creek hot summers and cold winters. Lots of checkouts so the line to pay is never long. And a Starbucks bigger than many standalones in the area.

    8/30/2019 Update: Target finally finished their big in store remodel. The Pizza Hut / Food location has been removed for a now a larger Self-Serve “Snack Bar” (healthier snacks) in front of the Cash Registers Area (where Starbucks use to be at) and the Starbucks has now been moved to the left of where it used to be.

    3/14/2020 – New Capital One Atm at the front entrance

Hello, this is a store that is on the way from my work to my house and whenever I need something I stop by here and this time I had an incident with a cashier who did not believe the price of some products that she carried, and she said that she could take a picture and I went to take the picture to show her, and she still didn’t believe me and wanted to grab my cell phone to take a good look at it. I think she doesn’t listen to the speakers in the store that we keep our distance due to the pandemic. It is a good store and a great company. But this time I did not feel good about the service of this cashier, we, the customers, are going to buy what we need and if we look at something in particular, we take it, we are not to blame if an employee puts the wrong price this is something that should be discussed between management and employees. , not with customers.

  3. Every few months, my wife and I go to Walnut Creek on business. We are not very familiar with the area, but the Target store there is like a massive Landmark. It is by far, the largest Target we have been in. They have an underground parking garage for their customers, which is very convenient. We were a little lost the first time we went inside the store. But, true to form, Target has some of the nicest employees that are happy to go out of there way to show you what you are looking for. Target has a vast selection of goods and services. We never go away disappointed.

  4. I gotta say, I was skeptical when i pulled up to this store as I don’t live in this area. The parking lot was packed and i came for bathing suits…in December. I didn’t expect to find much and I expected to wait forever. Surprisingly, the swimsuits were well stocked EVEN IN PLUS SIZES which is what I needed. The lines were long but moved efficiently so I couldn’t complain at all. It was pretty crowded for a Wednesday night but hey, who doesn’t love a good target run?! Seriously considering waking up super early to head back for some regular shopping before we go home. My teenager saw a million things she wanted but we didn’t have time to look at

  5. It’s target. Why are you reading a review? What you see is what you get. Great multipurpose store, a lot of staff. They carry decent quality products at a reasonable price. If you want a Walmart+ target is your spot!

    Tonight was the first positive friendly experience I’ve had at any Target in a long time. I’m giving this single experience a 5 star rating because it’s warranted for this particular visit only, and I’m being asked by Target within my customer satisfaction survey to complete a google review of my experience. So here it is! This has nothing to do with the undesirable experiences I have had that are still unresolved and I am still on a mission to make them right because that’s only fair… But anyway tonight was great and I’m surprised because it’s 2 days before Christmas. Hectic as it was in there and is chaotic as some of the areas were cleanliness wise, the staff was in a good spirit and they were extremely friendly and really helpful and that’s all that really matters to me in the end! Finally!

    Thank you Michelle! Found what I needed in store but had a question about the product and price. I walked up to two employees having a conversation, they acknowledged me right away. Michelle went above and beyond to help me. She was quick and knowledgeable. Although I told her I didn’t want to be much of bother, she reassured me that she was there to help and made sure I was taken care of. I felt the need to acknowledge her professionalism and excellent customer service.

    They have a food court! My son is a picky eater but it’s a guarantee meal when it’s a target food court with pizza hut and bread sticks. They open at 10:30 and honestly the popcorn, the pizza and the sticks today are a win for him.

    Had to wait 10 minutes to get an associate to open a locked item while waiting some other associates walked by ignoring me. Saw another shopper experience the same and the store wasn’t busy. It seems the team members are very young, not customer service oriented. This store has many locked items makes it difficult to shop having to wait for help. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
