We were trying to return an item and had the wrong receipt not only she was rude to us as her customers and did not help us but she was rude to her employee by yelling at them in front of everyone! Good branch. It has it all. Men, women, kids, and home. Many items on clearance and most items are reasonably priced. It’s the place for those who are interested in exotic products such as candies, pastries, biscuits, coffee, tea, preserves, dried nuts 🌰 and fruits. Huge free parking lot. Next to sprouts farmers market. A gas ⛽️ station and with a circle ⭕️ K convenient store.
Good deals always but sadly this branch’s business will be out of business soon. Today (1/2/22) hit 40% off deals for all goods. I got more good deals but no more from here.
* TIP: The store manager said ‘In general, watch out your cart, sometimes people just pick stuff from your cart if they see some good ones from your cart while you are just a bit away from it. This is happening every day…’ Well, I experienced it today and first time in my 13yrs shopping at Marshalls.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life! The Manager Rozita was rude.
She did not want to make a return for torn cloth that I bought from a store that closed.
She said “Go back to the store you bought it, they should be able to return it”. One star is way too much for what I would rate this store and that rude Manager.

Just an update that I went to a different location they where able to look the items up on the system and they did the return.
that would really shows how lazy and rude that manager was I think she should be fired and give her position to someone that really deserves it.
She would really need to work on her customer service skills.
Bad experience here. Bought items at a different location on a different day but ended up at this one to do some returns while out with friends. The lady at the register acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to her that I wanted to do returns on two different receipts. Then, when I tried to use the same credit card for both returns (because they were purchased on that same card) she physically took my card from my hand to verify the last four digits were correct and matched the receipt even though I had already confirmed it should all be on one card. Also would not let me return a (undamaged & unworn) clearance item and said I had to take it back to wherever I bought it from and she wouldn’t accept it. Never had these problems at any other store, but it sounds like other reviewers had similar experiences so I’m not surprised.
They Racial Profile there..They Accuse Certain People of Stealing when they’re NOT!!! THEIR L.P. is Quick to R.P. certain Races by there appearance when he’s Probably the One Stealing!!!! Lol I’d Rather Shop at Ross Any Day of the Week!!!
