  1. This place had good stuff time to time and can get messy because it is busy all the time, but the line gets way too long. However it’s a hit or miss with employees at the register. Some can be nice on a good day but today a man with long hair at working with register didn’t even talk or look at me. He only used his hand gestures to call me over to his register. Other than that there wasn’t any interaction.

  2. They have a little bit of everything you could need. The clearance sections are messy, but if you dig around, you can find some pretty good deals.
    I wish the cosmetics shelves were a little bit cleaner, though. I usually have to triple check to make sure the product hasn’t been opened or used before I buy it. I see a lot of fingerprints all over those products.

  4. This is my neighborhood TJ Maxx it is always so clean and organized always find something and even more. Now with that being said I went yesterday and as i was going thru the racks I seen this 2 young ladies marking down or doing something like that and this lady called Mrs Jean (their boss or coworker) approached them and said really loud to them: You have to spread up and pick up to do your production or productivity and I felt so bad for not saying anything at the time but It did bother me the fact that if you have to say something about their performance just pull them aside but don’t embarrassed them in front of customers. You can tell they were embarrassed. I’m sorry!

  5. They are fully staffed, the problem is, the employees are to busy talking to each other instead of caring for the customers. They need to get it together. Our time is valuable.

    Im giving 2 stars because I normally have a great experience here and it’s literally one of my top five favorite stores!!! But today, I had a return, and the lady that did my return was so rude. It was so unnecessary, I was nothing but kind and respectful! I put my bag of returns on the counter and she looked at me and in such a rude tone says to me “you need to take everything out the bag” (it was a regular plastic tj maxx bag!) I was caught so off guard, I stopped and looked at my boyfriend like did I just hear her correctly?? What are we, at the airport!?!? Never have I ever been in ANY store in my entire life and had someone tell me to empty my bag of returns out for them. That is the cashiers job. I just will never understand why people that are so miserable feel the need to spread their bad vibes to others- there’s plenty of work from home jobs to be had where you wouldn’t have to work face to face with people!!! The issue wasn’t just her asking me to dump the bag out for her, the real problem was her tone of voice with me. I believe her name was Tyra but I could be wrong. Again, normally all the employees here are very friendly and kind…but today I got an attitude that was uncalled for, unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ll probably be visiting this store a lot less from now on. I’d rather NOT have to deal with people like that!!! I also heard her talking to another cashier as I was leaving saying that whoever uses her register “better know how to count” and she continued talking down about other employees right in front of customers. Again, completely uncalled for and unprofessional!!!!!

    This was my 1st time inside this TJ Maxx! It was not as large as I expected on the inside. However it was still nice. This building use to be Stein Mart. I did find a few new items I had not seen in other TJ Maxx/Marshall’s. The woman’s rest room only had two stalls. One regular stall and one handicap wheelchair accessible stall. Over all a nice store.

    Great housewares and I found everything I needed and didn’t need. Love that cat bed and of course the coffee accessories for the work week. The nephew was ready for a nap but behaved surprisingly well.

    Great place, great prices! Clothes, home, pets and so much more! I do wish they would carry more choices in larger sizes for those of us that ate curvy!!
