If I could rate them a zero I would. I went in to get help after the iPhone 14 Plus they sold me had an SOS error on it and I couldn’t make any phone calls on the phone and needed it for work. Which I had to work In an hour. When we told the manager Mark who claims to be a Veteran that displays on his name tag said he would not see me ahead of other customers.I pleaded with him to help me as I had to use my phone for work only for him to lie saying I was raising my voice, I said no I wasn’t and pointed out that nobody was even noticing our conversation. He told me to leave the store. I’m a paying customer for years on time every month and for my phone not to be working and I needed it for work and this so called veteran who is supposed to help people treated me in a very disrespectful and sociopathic way. This man is on a disgusting power trip. Beyond rude and I will continue to complain to Verizon about the way I was treated for years to come.
Terrible customer service. I was ready to buy a new phone and multiple accessories and the girl who was helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told her that I thought she was being rude she bagged everything I wanted up and tried to rush me out the door. I asked if she would still put the screen protector on my phone and she told me that her manager just decided that he would have to charge extra for that. I left and went to another store. Don’t go here. Go to the Verizon store on 9 mile or the one in Gulf Breeze. The people at this store are clowns who don’t care about their customers at all.

Very neat store, friendly, helpful workers who get lots of customers and handle each with a friendly face and understanding mind. I appreciate them helping me with my trade up Tuesday to the Galaxy 23.
I went here and the people were very rude, almost bough a plan but was not treated respectfully and racially discriminated. Unfortunately my family will be choosing a different service.
