Even though they weren’t selling me a new phone, they were quick to jump to offer help and got me in and out of the store really quickly. Today I had to come back coz it wasn’t working as expected with very bad signals at GPN area. And the guy totally helped with complete refund and made sure everything is canceled in the system as suggested. Evan was great with customer service and has very good knowledge about their products. His colleague was like we don’t refund set up fee, EVAN went above and beyond to take care of it. Just FYI this is not Verizon corporate store. I had purchased my iphone through Verizon awhile back. My ear speaker stopped working after my last software update. They looked up my account and told me that it was out of warranty so either pay to get it repaired or upgrade to a newest Iphone with a $800 exchange rebate. Not at anytime, he explained that there was a recall and that my phone might qualify. I did some research online and found out that there’s a defect to certain iPhone 12 pro so I made an appointment at the nearest Apple Store. Sure enough, my phone qualified for repair and I got it fixed at no cost to me. The repair cost was $285. Verizon stores are not there for customers. It’s a place for them to upsell and rob people of their money. If you call yourselves an expert, you are an expert in stealing. That’s about it… NEVER give your business to organizations like this one. Josh at the Spectrum store was awesome. He was working by himself yet stayed very calm and collected with a busy store. We had an appointment, and he was able to take us early. Very knowledgeable about the product. It was a pleasant experience. Would recommend Josh and the Irvine Spectrum store .
We had the pleasure of having Bri help us with several phone upgrades and adding new lines. She communicated exactly what changes would occur in the plan and what the costs were and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The store was busy but the staff got to us quickly. The hours were good because they are opened late. They had the product I wanted in stock and the staff helped us find a better plan that saved us money. Fabian was excellent!
We originally came in to see what plans they offered, we have been with AT&T for over 15 years and were greeted and helped by Brianna. She went above and beyond anything we asked for. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had!! We ended up switching over to Verizon because of her. Thank you Brianna!
Employee was helpful, didn’t catch his name, but was accommodating considering the store was about to close in a little over an hour. We were able to purchase and transfer 2 phones within that amount of time. He was pleasant and answered all of our questions. Store was nicely laid out had plenty of options to look through electronics wise, some limited choices for cases and accessories.
