1. Still a good place to get home improvement supplies and tools. But you have to have the app now to check prices. They are getting worse about items not having price tags displayed. Generally well stocked. Attendants are nearby and helpful and cheerful. Prices are pretty good.

2. Beware having Home Depot install your kitchen. My husband and I are very disappointed with the design and workmanship. We asked very simply for the new kitchen to have the same footprint at the old. Instead the kitchen was made wider and now we have a whole side of our kitchen with missing floor tiles. We wanted the same footprint to prevent having to put in a new floor. The installer also broke another floor tile. A cabinet on opposite side of kitchen is not wide enough; leaving more missing tiles. We thought we had some spare tiles in the basement, but no luck. We can’t find a match to our existing floor after checking several sources. In addition, we have a top cabinets not aligned to the bottom cabinet so it overhangs by at least 6 inches. The cabinet above the microwave is too short. The outlet sits below the cabinet while it should have housed the outlet so its out of sight. There are other issues as well. I attached a few photos of many. We contacted the installer (CFI), the Home Depot Manager, and the designer. No one has followed up with us. We managed to get some communication going with the installer, but it’s nothing but finger pointing. At present, the project is at a stand still. I wish I had paid more money and had someone else do the job – PROPERLY. I will be contacting corporate Home Depot office for some resolution

3. Home Depot installation services is garbage! We have not resolved anything! We have been dealing with this incorrect window situation after a year and some months! Finally get a call back from the installers to correct the wrongfully installed windows with the correct “?” ones. After they ordered them it took again months and months for someone dropped them off. In December of 2022 they were supposed to be here at 11 did not arrive until 2 something and told them we had to get our kids from school. They never rescheduled for another day. They said they will be back after the holidays! Christmas came! New Year’s 2023 came and went! Now towards the end of March 2023 and still it has not been completed and they do not want to offer any discount or bring any kind of resolve! They want to win a conversation! They do not want to make sure that the customer is satisfied and problem is resolved! We do not recommend Home Depot to anyone if you looking for some installation service. They are horrible and Unprofessional! We would never work with them again! And it’s still not rectified! Thee windows are still sitting in our family room it’s been sitting in our family room through holidays and day to day sitting. They are stillwrapped up and so we really don’t even know if they are the correct windows! We will not open them up until we hear from someone with the right answer to resolve this the right way!!!! Period!

4. They rolled out a fresh pallet of flooring for me within the last hour before closing. I was able to finish the kitchen in a timely manner because of it.

5. The gentleman who had the task of helping me was unbelievably knowledgeable about plumbing and drywall. If you need a question answered or help. Home Depot is the best place for you. Keith and Daniel help me load the lumber they were very nice, hard-to-find gentleman like that to help these days
