  1. Had to give a star, but doesn’t deserve that star.
    The customer service is the worst. No one wants to answer any questions.
    But wants to close down the isle that many people want to get to because that worker was leaving in 5 minutes and wasn’t willing to help, and couldn’t provide another person to unlock the wire cage. Will definitely recommend driving to another location or Lowe’s.

    Any where but this place.

  2. It took us a hr in line for them to figure out how much a 2x4x8 was. They even made us go back to the lumber to take a pic of the barcode to find out that barcode ain’t even in their system. Very rude and unprofessional. I would drive 2 hrs out of my way just to skip this particular store. Not even the manager is professional. Management acted frustrated with me because he couldn’t figure out how much their product was.

  4. I came here to trade out a dewalt dual battery charger bc the right side didn’t work and I’ve had it less than a year. Customer service wanted to nitpick the warranty on a $120 charger. Jasper homedepot was willing to do a fair trade no questions asked but they didn’t have it in stock. Fairfield should be willing to do the same

  5. Hi. I needed something on a shelf that I couldn’t reach. Went to customer service and they called out twice for an associate nobody came. An then someone finally shows up goes to help someone else and then comes as Im leaving because I’ve been waiting so long. Sad…. Make your workers either stay in their area or have someone in their area for breaks or something. Someone should ALWAYS be available to help.

    I will never rent equipment from here again. I picked up a tiller on Friday so I could have a good day of sunlight. After the 45 min drive to home depot and another 45 min drive home, the tiller doesn’t start. It took 30 minutes to start only to find out the tines do not turn. Called, they told me to come back and they were going to upgrade the the tiller since they didn’t have another. Drive all the way back, tested the new tiller which worked, get home at dark amd tried using it. The handles are bent where it connects to the machine and was being held on by hose clamps. You can barely run the tiller 5 minutes before hanving to fix them again. Never again.

    I needed to price a lift for a commercial job and The Home Depot had just what I needed and the associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. He explained everything including various options. This Home Depot is a winner in my book, during this visit 👍🏾

    Home Depot carries mostly all goods and home maintenance and improvement items. Most of the team are courteous, some even helpful.

    Just bought this thing. It was in a box. Couldn’t see anything. Got home took off the box and set it up and saw the dents. Why!!!!??? Seeing as I now have to call the store in the am and see what they will do about either $$ back or an exchange…. Call me highly annoyed.
