  Watch for wrong prices on signs. Was interested in a lawn mower that had a 107 dollars. Talked a sales associate and was told that was the wrong price, but to go to the front and that they would take care of me. I got to the front and was told I would have to pay the regular price. The CSM came back with a photo of the sign being 197 dollars. I showed there my picture of it being 107 dollars and was told the team leader on duty said he was not selling it for that price. Will not go to this Walmart again.

  I normally do not have an issue with pick up. I understand it is the holidays, but when I am waiting for over an hour for my order, and when I go to the door and get attitude from the woman coming out as she told me I don’t need to be at the door and ask the other ladies inside to see if they can help me. I asked the “other two” and they were too busy talking and laughing and refused to acknowledge my existence. I called the store and spoke to a manager and she said she would let the pick up manager know. I spoke to the pick up manager and about 15 minutes later, I finally got my order. Then they said because of where I was parked, it doesn’t always show them that it’s checked in. Maybe they should update their app to show all numbers and letters available to park at. Now we are later for our second pick up.

  Overall, organized and easy to find what I’m after. Staff was helpful and courteous. The parking lot, however, was interesting in terms of traffic density. Watch yourself and plan your exit.

  Walmart does not have enough worker and customer service has suffered due to proper staffing. There is never anyone in garden center to check you out. They should not open gate if you can check out. Some of the people that work there act as if they don’t want to be there and it shows. Walmart must do better
