What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This Walmart is very close to my place so I come here to do grocery shopping often.

It’s pretty spacious. It’s not super clean like Sprouts or Whole foods but not too bad. Acceptable.

Price is affordable, cheaper than Safeway. For the most part, produce is pretty fresh. I’d recommend going in the morning to have more choices.

The deli department probably my least favorite. It usually takes forever for someone to help you and people work there are not really friendly.

Besides groceries, this Walmart also has Pharmacy and other stuff so it’s convenient to go to 1 place and get multiple things.

  2. Seen that they had a double stroller marked for $59.98 so I called to confirm since I no longer live in San Jose and they assured me they did in fact have the stroller. I drove from Modesto all the way to San Jose to purchase and when I get there they tell me that they will not honor the price because it was placed in the wrong place. It’s pretty inconvenient since I drove almost two hours away. The customer service is Terrible and the leads and store manager as well. They should honor prices that they have no matter if it’s their mistake. Some sales associate even accused me of lying and saying they did not have the strollers marked for the price so I showed them the photo I had and they still said I was lying. Management needs to do better and also train their leads and employees better.

  3. Impossible to find someone with a key to open the glass containers. You ask any employee. They either walk away from you. They don’t speak English. Or they shake their head “NO KEY!” it’s annoying the amount of time that I am wasting.

  4. Walmart needs to get their pickup and delivery in order.everytime i come they are cancelling my orders. They are running behind all the time.I never have a problem at other walmarts .its soo frustrating because we drivers are sitting here for hours waiting on our orders.all us drivers are fed up. The employees dont even tell us that they eill not be giving orders out before its the closing time.why? We sit here til 11 and then we have to figure out if anyone is coming with our orders or not. I literally have to walk inside the store to be told the employees left already.
We dont make money sitting here for 3 hours. This isnt right!!! Look at all these unhappy drivers

  5. I had a good experience here at Walmart Super center. I gotta thank the door hosts. They’re the best. They thrive to keep us safe. I gotta admit the customers. Put those poor employees through so much during this time. The employees Q we’re still very nice and attentive and eager to help.
And have been great through this whole
Covid-19 epidemic, thanks for being there!
