3 years agoI found what I needed with ease. I was able to self checkout without waiting. As usual it’s a great experience. The store has changed things around. Pharmacy’s open 7 days a week. Up front far left to the entrance with the restrooms. I’ve added some photos that I took on today. I pictured some of the adjacent shops. There’s also Mc Donald’s, Zaxby’s Pyro’s Pizza, Smoothie King. Back yard burger. Just across the street. Headed south’s a Sonic.4 months agoDid a online grocery pick up, and received one expired item from 2022.6 months agoI visited this the little clinic yesterday in a lot of pain. Overall a great Kroger with a HUGE selection! Had lots of sales going on. I went in for a few things and quickly ended up with more! Restrooms were clean & wide isles. Large, LARGE wine selection. Good variety of just about everything. Cashier and bagger were extremely nice and friendly asking if we found everything we needed..the only drawback was the construction going on in the already very busy parking lot, but we found a spot pretty close and fairly fast so it really wasn’t that big of a deal. I highly recommend this particular Kroger for fast trips or large grocery runs.
Clean, friendly and mostly well stocked. Prefer to go when not crowded which is around 7:30 pm as my pictures show.
Make sure you verify how many fuel points you have before paying. They will not tell you. They will take your money and then tell you your amount of Fuel Points and if it’s wrong, they don’t care. I had a dollar off and because of some glitch in their system, the woman thought I only had three cents. I had to be the one to explain to her that I have a dollar. When I ran my card again, she finally saw it. But she had already taken my money. She promised that it would go straight back onto my card if I refunded it. But that was not true. Because of her actions, I don’t know how I’m going to get back-and-forth to work the rest of this week. The workers at the store apparently do not know their policies and they certainly don’t care about customers. It’s actually really disappointing, because I had liked this Kroger up until now.
I don’t like giving bad reviews. I’ve been a shopper at this store for decades but the last year it has absolutely gone bad.
Their produce is very poor. Constantly have tons of bugs all over… EVERYTHING. Picked up a bag of Kroger potatoes yesterday the only one that wasn’t wet but it was rotten. Half the potatoes in the bag were rotten.
Do not buy produce here. Go to Germantown that store has an immaculate everything.
It has everything you need. The new set up is great. You feel safe now that security is always present.
