8 months agoLove their Sushi. Truly Fresh Daily. I have been coming past few years and been noticing they threw everything out every morning. Sushi itself last 2-3 days but they throw out every morning and make new one daily. I love the fact that we can order what we want with sushi chef. Most of all they put lots of ingredients inside than other sushi places. I love my sushi little warm so I heat up/ microwave few seconds or bake sushi time to time.in the last weekAssistant Store Leader Matt was super helpful with an error in our clicklist order! Wasting my time won’t waste it again coming back. My issuer said it was the stores terminal because they have no trace of a declined payment. Well guess that tells me all I need to know. Don’t like Kroger anyways2 months agoI went to this Kroger at 5:45 PM on a Saturday to buy coffee filters. I walk to the self check out and they were closing all the terminals. There were two open so I stood in line and then was told by the employee that she was closing the two that were open. If you want me to buy your product and check myself out the least you could do is not close the terminal in my face. I don’t think I will be back to this location or shop at a Kroger again. There are too many options to be treated like I am nothing but a bother as the customer. Funny, the employee that closed the terminals in my face will probably be obsolete before she knows it. Then you can find a job elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean. Fresh food, value pricing. Wide variety of ready made meals. Bakery, deli, produce and meat departments are all maintained exceptionally well.
Unfortunately there is an excessively loud public announcement intercom that is used regularly for phone calls to the store – departments-staff members – every time announcements are made the combination of loud and shrill noise leaves little chance to a pleasant shopping experience the store is clearly capable of.
Close and convenient grocery store to the neighbor. In general it has a great selection and is easy to navigate. Good selection of produce but sometimes you’ll come across produce that has been sitting for a bit. The beer selection isn’t the best but the wine selection is good. The lines are short and move quickly.
I always usually get cakes from the bakery from this Kroger they never disappoint for my kiddos birthday!! Today I went in picked a cake and requested for something to be written on. Luis at the bakery was asked and wrote it on for me. I just want to say thank you again! You made my day. It was written so beautifully and what matters are the little things thank you for being so genuine and polite!! Bless your heart! ☺️🤎

I usually have a great experience at this Kroger location, but not today. I have interacted with team members from the cheese, deli, and seafood departments and they are always so friendly and accommodating. I usually stop by early in the morning after the gym to grab some bakery and meat markdowns….every bit helps these days. I was walking by the meat department and the “gentleman” was in the process of marking down. There were some steaks I was interested in and asked him if he was going to mark them down. Now, the optimal response would have been “yes, let me do that for you” or even…give me a few minutes. But his response was “eventually” really?? Is that how you define remarkable customer service? So disappointing
Just wanted to point out the worst customer service by the night store manager boy named “chip” I come in once a week for dinner time fried chicken meal to feed my family. Today I was missing a breast from my 8 piece. And this wasn’t the first time . So I decided to call the manager “chip” to let him know what a fantastic job his crew is doing not able to count correctly. Never once a sorry are a apology came out of “chips” mouth. He expected me to drive to his store in 6pm traffic to fix a problem that I didn’t create and make my hungry family wait to eat and waste other 30 -45 mins of my time to fix his employees mistake . No thank you chip. What you should do is Hire better people that can count , but maybe that’s too difficult for a guy named chip
