    Parking may be tricky as they are always pretty busy but if that isn’t an issue, this is one of the best and biggest store location in Albany. If you don’t mind self-checkout,the wait isn’t too bad, especially if you check out near the food area. Well stocked store. Best parking and time to visit seems to be on a Sunday morning prior to 11:30am!

    Why have a money center that’s never open? I went here at 720 to get a money order and was tolf the girl was on break. I asked how long her break would be and was told an hour. I asked what Time the money center close closed and was told 8 PM. So then I asked so that just means she won’t be back right? The young lady helping me said, yeah I didn’t think about that. Really?!! Management needs to do better🤦🏾

    I like it here but checking out is a hassle at times. When the lines are long at self checkout, there’s hardly any cashiers to handle the mass crowd. The store is stocked well and inventory is good.

    It’s Walmart. No one is expecting a 5 star experience. But I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, there was no one at the garden center register to ring us up. But the line for the self check registers were moving pretty quickly.

    Placed a grocery order for delivery Friday, 9/23, for 2pm. Order was delayed. Got a notification at 5:07 it was out for delivery. 5:08, “delivery attempted and returned to store”. Corporate customer service told me the employee couldn’t leave with the delivery and cancelled so another would need to be assigned to it. Over 48 hours later, I still haven’t received my order and no one in pickup or customer service will pick up the phone. At this point this is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t need $10 coupons for my trouble, I need my damn groceries I ordered.

    It’s a nice store, with a clientele that is on edge. The store could be nice, but the neighborhood is in a mess. Employees are nice, but in a bad area. Dirty parking lot, folks asking for cash outside the store and on corner. Bad lighting in the store. Don’t stop here without your gun and your head on a swivel. Probably the worst Walmart I’ve seen … ever. I don’t let my daughter stop here alone and barely allow my wife to enter by herself, unless it’s a necessity.

    Walmart is typically a great place to get multiple items without having to make several stops. That is not the case with this Walmart. From not having the little plastic produce bags, to the shelves being bare,to the customer service center being closed at 2 in the afternoon (no one could tell me why) this place was horrible. The worst part was all the checkout were closed…except the self check outs, and these lines were LONG. I had lots of produce that u had to look up, because there were no stickers. What an inconvenience! I will not be returning to this store😡

    I ordered one item, an ink jet printer, and waited well over an hour to get it. I called once to ask them how much longer and still waited over 30 minutes still no sign of any employee. So I called again and no one answered. Finally after calling back to back they answered and told me they would be right. Another 15 minutes later a lady finally came out. I will never order from here again!

    if i could do ZERO stars i would!!! their pickup service is absolutely terrible!! my order was “ready” so i arrived right at 6:00 pm and was one of at least 10-15 cars waiting. a lady came up and asked for the order name to which i was told they didn’t see my name or order anywhere in the system so she went to “check on that” and not one single person ever came back out the door. i sat there til nearly 8:30 pm for my order and within that time they only came out once to fill a couple orders. at this point there was nearly 20 cars waiting and after waiting this long i received an email saying my order had been cancelled 10 minutes ago!!! needless to say, i will never use this Walmarts pickup services again, i will go to Sylvester or Cordele from now on.

    I went grocery shopping and di some Christmas shopping. It was crowded and that’s what I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. I found everything that I needed and some good prices.
