a week agoAlways clean and organized! Staff is kind and helpful. Clean parking lot. Self checkouts are quick. Close to gasoline & eateries. Supporting local. Grab some Bistro Soup Mix for a nice soup of any flavor! All WV made & distributed!a year agoLove this store and the employees! They all are so friendly and caring. They have great deals and have a great clearance section. Deff one of my fav places to shop. They have grad balloons and flower bouquets incase u need to get a last minute gift for ur 2022 grad. Lots of gift cards and if u have their app jus clip the earn 4x coupon to quadruple ur points on a gift card purchase to save on gas as well!3 years agoToday i went to Krogers in South Charleston usually go to Dunbar because the employees are much friendlier and helpful there. However I wasn’t able to,so i had to go to this location. I was surprised 😮 the Sunday crew were very kind and answered my questions nicely especially in produce. I do love Krogers products and especially the sales they have. Its just you never know how you are going to be treated in the pharmacy or main store.3 months agoDid not care for this Kroger’s and all they have no selection of ice cream! Everything I came for they was out of waste of time absolutely dislike this Kroger6 months agoHorrible! The older lady with the short blonde hair in flower department! Just asked her how much a plant was.?… she said haven’t gotten to it yet and was scanning other items and just ignored me! Won’t go back!

Excellent. Plenty of parking. Stocked well. Clean store.
Sat and waited at the customer service area for about 10 minutes for someone to arrive. The guy working the register right in front kept looking over but didn’t say a word. When I finally asked if someone was working this area, he said it’s shut down today. Huge waste of time and huge amounts of apathy from the staff at this location. There were also other employees that walked by and didn’t say a word.
I used to love the South Ridge Kroger store but they have went down hill real fast. Less organic food now and fewer check out clerks which makes for long lines. The worst part is they went from a two bathroom store down to one bathroom that many many customers have to share! I’m shopping more at Walmart now.
Store is fine but there has got to be a better place for your employees to smoke their cigarettes. NOT right in front of the store where I walk with my family. I feel like the side of the store or even the back side would be a much better option.
Love this krogers. Only complaint is that the feminine products are in the same aisle as the frozen meal. Very uncomfortable for a women of all ages. Especially someone who just got there period for the first time and is embarrassed about it. It should be with the rest of the womens products like body was and shampoo. Noone wants to buy food and look at a bunch of pads and tampons either. Lol just saying
