7 months agoTerrible customer service. Bought my groceries here today. I also bought 2 packs of pokemon cards. Somehow the cards didn’t make it into my grocery bag so I’m guessing the kid who bagged my stuff stole them. The person I spoke with on the phone about it did not care in the slightest. That’s like stealing a lottery ticket. A replacement isn’t the same thing.a month agoGreat place good quality good fooda year agoThis Kroger is the absolute highlight and gem of Warwood. I don’t know if I would have moved here if this Kroger wasn’t here. Have you ever gone to the “big” Kroger to find empty shelves, long lines, isles full of coworkers you don’t want to see especially if you don’t remember their name, and too many organic items to choose from and just left feeling overwhelmed? WELL If you go anytime after 7pm, then the Warwood Kroger is the place for you. Empty isles, full shelves. Great customer service. People are always friendly. The pharmacy folks are quick and kind. Just the right amount of organic items and limited awkward coworker interactions. I can not STRESS the importance of going later in the day to enjoy all the best benefits of Warwood Kroger. Right after school lets out it is crazy. Sunday mornings are also pretty chill there!3 years agoExplain this logic the employee behind the plexi glass and a mask covering her mouth wont take my card from my hand to scan it but she will with her bare hands touch the products I have been touching. Please explain to me what that is about.4 years agoThis Kroger is one of the smaller stores, so it doesn’t have everything you might want — for example, it doesn’t have a bakery, so you can’t get birthday cakes. However, it is a great neighborhood grocery store, and the employees are ALWAYS super-helpful and friendly. That’s the main reason my family always shops here!

Friendly customer service. Easy stop. Decent selection though the store is kind of tight on space to allow such a variety.
Ordered a delivery. Never received the order. Used Krogers online chat help. Found out the order was delivered to the wrong address. They refused to have the person go back and deliver the order to the correct house. I asked to speak to a manager. Said they couldn’t help me with that. They said all they could do was give me a refund that would be back in my account in 7-10 business days. That’s it. So I called the store directly and spoke with a manager at Krogers. She very quickly said it wasn’t their responsibility and I needed to call Instacart. No apology nothing. Just rushed me off the phone. Called Instacart. They said sorry and they will make sure that person would not do any future orders of mine. That’s it. Both of these companies cared so little about my order. So now I have to wait 7-10 business days just to get my money back and find a new place to shop for groceries because I will never spend a dime there. Zero customer satisfaction.
Nice sales and prices sometimes there are not carts inside the store would not buy from the doughnut display it is usually filled with knat’s love the staff
Produce was fresh and fairly priced, however I’m disappointed in Kroger for not having a single checkout clerk, or bagger. They are forcing us to check ourselves out and bag our own groceries. This costs human beings their jobs, while Kroger makes a higher profit. Shame on Kroger and its corporate greed. I will not return to a store that has no regard for human livelihood.
Kroger almost always has what I want at good prices. I highly recommend them
