The store was clean and we’ll stocked for the day before a big holiday. We readily found all the items we were looking for. The checkout line moved very smoothly. It was a successful and stressless visit.

    The checkout lanes were adequate.
There were 4 motorized carts out front but none of them worked. Been this way for several weeks.

Cashier was rude and incompetent. She couldn’t, or wouldn’t, give me a receipt for the expensive gas I pumped. Customer service was nonexistent here at this Walmart.

How could it be backed up to the middle of the store??? This was for the self-check out area. It moved fast, but still!

I used to work at this particular walmart. Store #0981. I think the store and the associate here are top notch. There is a wide selection of products and the deli plate lunches are the best. This walmart is sure to please.

Do not order on Walmart online!
Gave me wrong tracking number, I went to Walmart customer service instore and was told it is a 3rd party and there is nothing they can do! Attached this to this Walmart, because thos Walmart is the one who said they can’t help.

Bathrooms are locked when employees are few. The store is hot. The produce items are not rotated by date and the molded items still in bins. The poor guy pushing carts in parking lot needs two more guys helping him.

The store itself is okay unless you have a problem with self check out. Because that is the only type offered. However the parking lot is always trashed and seems like there’s always weird looking people just hanging around. I guess they’re short handed because it’s hard to find employees and when you do they’re rude.

Honestly. The employees for the most part are decent to you. Really the only problem is so much of the food is expired and is never replaced. It so gross seeing people grab stuff I saw was expired and not even look at the dates. When they get home they’ll realize half the items they’ve bought are past date. I’ve been in that situation many times. I don’t know how the place is able to keep running with all the expired goods they keep on the shelves

When you are the household member that does the grocery shopping, you find yourself buying the same ingredients to prepare the same meal week after week. It’s mundane to say the least. Add on that you have to perform this chore after working all day; not to mention the 4 year old you have in tow that’s cranky and making this chore last even longer. The cashier is obviously irritated that she’ll have to DO HER JOB for a bit longer. No word is spoken as you load the conveyor belt. You realize she’s waiting for you to move some of the bagged groceries out of her way because the steady beeping halts. The drained mom apologizes and hurries to move the bagged be groceries and still not a single syllable was muttered. In fact, it wasn’t until a total was arrived at that the cashier finally used her vocal ability.

Let me make it clear, a customer has no desire to be grocery shopping that late and your attitude towards the customer shouldn’t reflect anything especially if you can’t even smile. So, have the day you deserve

Came to this walmart today to get products that my local Walmart seems to always be out of: cat food and dog food. This store is very well stocked. It wasn’t very busy on a Monday at noon like i thought it would be. Can’t say anything about any associate working there as I didn’t have anyone speak to me at all. I used self checkout and my experience was pleasant. The associate at the door did stop me to check my reciept when i was leaving, but i expected that. I had multiple items not bagged. She was nice enough though. She glanced over my reciept, and sent me on my way. Overall, i will come to this Walmart whenever i am looking for my animals food. I will probably frequent it more now that i know this store stays better stocked than my local one.

Mostly empty shelves of staple items if you are unable to get there early enough during the day. It appears they only restock grocery shelves at night. It is now the only option for groceries on the entire side of town it sits, and it knows it is. The employees shopping for pickup orders will often cut in front of you or block isles with their shopping rigs. I will say the employees who work there are nice in demeanor otherwise though.

The meat is overpriced and not good in quality compared to something you would find at a Publix, Kroger, or Winn Dixie. I’ll gladly admit I’m not a big fan of Walmart in general, but this one is worse than others in other towns and states, but the same could be said for most anything in this part of MS. I find myself traveling to the opposite of town to shop for groceries more and more often from one the few competitors that has managed to stay open against them.

It was the actions and his opinion that he loudly displayed in front of Everyone that I was a dishonest person bringing back a TV that was cracked when it was opened today. I was called white….said I was not getting my money back to go get drugs….really it’s ashame people how rude people are that you never seen in your life. Jesus kept my mouth shut but I’m pretty sure when he stands before God and the Walmart employee who thought this was “funny”, both will answer to him for treating me like they did. Wow
