3 months agoGreat experience in a warehouse store every time. Excellent bulk prices. Excellent eye care (ordered glasses) and hearing (Dr Joe M Riggs) professionals. Joe at the hearing center was very patient and accommodated us in the wheelchair and was very patient and explained everything in great detail. Great prices6 months agoThe environment is well organized. While I am looking for Apple products, the staff takes the initiative to ask me if I need any help and checks stocks in both Costco. After I tell him what I want to buy, he prints out the pickup receipt which allow me to checkout and pick up iPad very quick. I do have a good time shopping here. Here are nice staff and lovely price.a month agoI love going out to dinner here. I go around Costco in my battle tank and I eat some food samples. 10/10 experience with great free food samples. Usually 57.48 samples come to my personal delighting. The small tacos are mid.a week agoCostco always have quality products at very reasonable prices. I’m surprised and happy to see so many popular Asian food at the Anchorage location.3 months agoThis is just like any other Costco they’re having the best customer service too.of course they’re having some things other Costco doesn’t have it.

in the last weekI had a tire rotation appt scheduled for 8/27 @ 430 pm. Upon arrival (10 min early) I was told it would be 3 hours minimum so I left. What’s the purpose of an appt? I have never had this issue at my local Michigan Costco.a month agoI understand the addition of s3lf serve checkouts is new for Costco but it’s highly inefficient to have somebody hold up the line to verify the poor-quality photo on the back of your card.To prove this point, I have successfully been using my family’s for a while now.
Please come up with a better method if you truly care about this as a “problem” versus just letting people buy things at your store (there are other stores)
2 months agoWhenever you see a manager they’re always being rude or Snoddy to the people that work for them. When clearly you can see they are working very hard and know what needs to be done. Calling pizza’s comfort not customer standing and waiting.3 months agoSolid resample of the chain. Good variety, good stock, really wish they didn’t have to move everything around all the time, but I get it. Not 5 stars because it’s not exceptional, but still solid.Good food at the food court/kiosk, as well.
4 months agoI love this Costco location! This is the only place I go to get gas in town, they always have the lowest prices. The meat is the best quality of any grocery store in town and they have the best (and cheapest) rotisserie chicken. The food court has your typical Costco food items but lower 48 prices which we absolutely love. Staff has always been super nice and helpful as well!

It’s a nice place to buy in bulk and they have an in-store concession stand with cheap food including a Mocha-Freeze for 3$ and a foot long Churros for $1.49 and even a hot dog for $1.50 and even more but you need a Costco card. It also has healthy food that is delicious 🤤. If you go at 11:00 they have plenty of samples.
Costco is great for the products they carry and the price on most items. The only downside to Costco, honestly, are the people you’ll shop with. The staff at Costco can’t help that, so my rating won’t change, based on that.
But tip for future members – have patience here. Gather it before you turn into the lot. Once you’re in, the other people will treat you as if you don’t belong (although we all are members equally) and will attempt to run you over either with their vehicles or carts.
Patience is a virtue in this place.
Update – still the same. Long lines, but great buys.
I love going to Costco with my family. Normally it’s only when we visit. Recently though I made anchorage our home. I’m looking forward to more trips in the near future.
You know, I like Costco!
That being said I do save a fair amount of money by shopping there! Then again, when I factor in the amount of money I have to spend on Gas to drive to Anchorage from Wasilla and the amount of time spent driving to Costco, I’m not sure that I really save much money! Their selection of items is great! So is their service and the Employee’s are quality to say the least! You decide! The pictures say what I think of my Yorkie, Jack!
Convenient location, friendly staff and it was a clean organized location. This location didn’t seem super big and was super busy. They had all the food and things we needed for our trip and it was quick for us to get in and out. Costco also had tons of samples at this location.
