What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Wholesale store for all your daily needs.. Gas ⛽️,seafood & meat 🥩 products..,Tire repair and alcohol 🥃 & Car air etc
Costco membership card is required.Good parking place.

  2. Fantastic store! Very clean and organized! I travel for work, and I noticed my favorite juice. Super food is on sale this week.

  3. John was so awesome to help me out with my tire. He saved my day and I am grateful for his service. Costco you have an amazing manger to represent your company. Thank you again so much…

  4. Visited this Costco while I was on vacation Erin at the main door very rude she had already checked my card but when I questioned her breaking the law asking about my emotional support animal which the Georgia department of natural resources states “ Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card, training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.“ Georgia state follows federal laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act.There was a young gentleman at the self check out asking to see everyone’s card before they checked out when I asked why they do that he said to make sure you are a member and the pictures match. When I then questioned whose picture was on my card he got it wrong. The only helpful person was a lady named Jean at the self check out. And when I was leaving out the staff was policing another patron of the store asking for a card when she was headed toward the service desk.. Will not go back do not recommend

  5. Costco was very packed and busy, however clean.

I actually went down every isle just seeing what they have and checking the prices.

Some things I can see savings, but the majority to me as I shop around is the normal price and few more cost than normal.

After being 1st a BJ member, then Sam’s club, now Costco…the cheapest in savings from products on the shelf, I see most is from BJs.

I have not checked out everything costco has to offer thier members vs the others, so I will definitely give an update later.

Costco does a tremendous amount of business, yet I never have to wait long at checkout. Wish they didn’t move around the location of their products. I guess they do it to encourage you to walk down more aisles. I find it pain in the neck. Usually very good prices and good products. I wish you didn’t have to buy such large volumes of some products.

Writing this as I stand in line to leave the store and a lady is checking every single item in our two carts with our two long receipts with over $500 worth of stuff that we just paid for and she is saying that we didn’t pay for one $13.99 item which we can’t even really tell because we have 10 of them and the cashiers did not ring them all up in order. We’re being asked to wait and holding up the entire line behind us with everyone looking at us as if we didn’t just spend $500 all because the cashier may have missed one item. Train the cashiers better if this is a problem. Don’t make a public spectacle of your customers.

Some of the employees are cool, but the majority of them are extremely rude and unhelpful. Especially in the last 6 months. I recently had an experience that made me so upset that I will not be renewing my membership. I have been a member for 9 years.

My recent visit to the self-checkout point at Costco left me utterly disappointed and disheartened due to the unprofessional behavior displayed by one of the managers along with other employees. The way the manager interacted with a customer was deeply concerning and reflected poorly on the reputation that Costco has built.

While using the self-checkout, I witnessed a manager engaging with a customer in a manner that was disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance and guidance, the manager’s tone was condescending and dismissive, making the customer visibly uncomfortable. This type of behavior is not only unacceptable but also tarnishes the otherwise positive image I have held of Costco’s customer service.

This recent encounter has left me questioning the values and professionalism of the management team. Treating customers with respect and courtesy should be a fundamental aspect of any customer service interaction, and it is disheartening to see such behavior from a manager.

I sincerely hope that Costco addresses this issue promptly and takes steps to ensure that all staff, especially managers, uphold the highest standards of customer service. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the situation. I hope my feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all customers.

Would recommend SHOPPING AT SAM’S CLUB instead 👍🏻

We like shopping here. They always have a large selection of items and we usually end up getting everything we need here. Parking is a mad house though, so I would recommend going early in the morning. Definitely avoid weekends if you can.

I recently visited Costco Wholesale Club, and I must say, it was an awesome experience! From the moment I stepped into the store, I was impressed by the wide range of products and the reasonable prices. Moreover, the quality and freshness of the fruits and vegetables were simply outstanding.

One of the most remarkable aspects of shopping at Costco Wholesale Club is the incredible value for money. The prices were exceptionally reasonable compared to other retailers, making it a shopper’s paradise. The variety of products available was extensive, catering to a wide range of needs and preferences. Whether you were looking for household items, electronics, or groceries, Costco had it all.

Speaking of groceries, the selection of fresh fruits and vegetables at Costco was truly remarkable. The produce section was a vibrant display of colors, with each item looking incredibly fresh and appealing. The quality was consistently high, and I was particularly impressed by the assortment of organic options available. It was evident that Costco takes pride in offering customers the best selection of healthy and fresh produce.

Navigating through the store was a breeze, thanks to the spacious layout and helpful signage. The aisles were well-organized, making it easy to locate the desired items. The staff members were also friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

In addition to the outstanding products and reasonable prices, Costco Wholesale Club offered a pleasant shopping experience. The store was clean, and the shelves were well-stocked and neatly arranged. It was evident that attention was given to maintaining a tidy and inviting environment for shoppers.

Furthermore, the membership benefits provided by Costco were truly worth it. The exclusive deals and discounts offered to members further enhanced the overall shopping experience and added even more value to every visit.

In conclusion, Costco Wholesale Club is an amazing place to shop for a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The fresh produce selection, in particular, is second to none, ensuring that you can enjoy healthy and delicious fruits and vegetables. With a pleasant shopping environment and helpful staff, Costco provides an overall exceptional experience. If you’re looking for great deals and top-quality groceries, I highly recommend paying a visit to Costco Wholesale Club.

    Happy shopping!

It’s my first time visiting whatever Costco franchise and it was a excellent experience, they have many many many things to sell, the only one place that I visited before that it’s similar it’s Sam’s Club but In my opinion it could be better for the brands and quality of some specific things that difference between two stores (like the clothes) but in general it’s really variety and funny to spend your time looking for possible food or things for your home in this place, in this occasion I was around this area, but I’ll hope find another Costco store in my area, definitely it’s a good place 👍

Find everything you need and do not need, but just want in your cart to purchase. Managed well and very friendly and helpful. Personal service even with a phone call that I dropped my license on the parking lot. They held it for me. The food is always fresh with a wide selection of product. Clean Store. The fast food very fresh and reasonably priced. Security good. Tires and Vision very friendly.

Alert: Please put a speed bump on the far left of the store where the side parking lot is before you make the right turn, to the back of the store parking lot. Cars turn right very quickly not taking time to see Pedestrians.
