4 months agoThere is a cashier named art I was short 2.02 and I ask him can I remove something he gave me the change instead, it’s just nice to know ppl are out there still like that I will return and give him a good tip. I will make sure higher ups know about this also as I work for Kroger delivery he had no idea.2 months agoCOVINGTON should of been torn down years ago!!! No drive thur perscription pick up. No liquor store. No order n pick up. No gas pumps!!!! Go Sponser another team….. We’re else are they gonna go? ALDIS & WALMART!!!!!6 months agoThis Kroger’s never has what you want or need. This is the most poorly run of the Kroger store chain I have seen in years. The night manager could care less about her customers. She is more concerned about where and what she can get into that night. She just wants the customers out the door so she can go. I heard these things with my own 2 ears. This specific store is without a doubt the most ghetto of all in the area. I only go there when in a hurry for a small amount of items. The pharmacy is just as bad. They never have your medication in stock. They always have to order it. I continually get not even half my prescription if any at all. Stopped in this location for a booster shot appointment. The pharmacy did a fantastic job, allowed us to get the shot early and they helped make the appointment quick and painless. If you’re looking for a spot to get your vaccine, I’d definitely recommend this location.
I was able to do ally needed shopping while I was here. It’s nice to be able to get everything done in one location.. I was only disappointed in the cost of the mop, I’ll be purchasing it from Amazon to save the $30. Other then that, you can find everything here at this location and we also received awesome customer service!!
This store is just the right size for my liking. Don’t like the Marketplace Stores( too big and i don’t go to grocery store to buy living room furniture). My only complaint is everything just got moved around as they did some remodeling. It’s all to better the store and experience and i will get used to it eventually.
This used to be a 5 star store , however with all the price gouging for their slush funds or pet projects over the last 3 years since the scammdemic began it has now become a 1 star. It’s all about profits over customers and selling them tons of toxic chemicals in the food they sell. Or charging you more now and giving you less. The new grand opening sucks , nothing is in the same place. I’m gonna start going to remkes

Ordered a cake for my son’s 3rd birthday, put it on order two weeks in advance. Go to pick it up on the day was told it would be ready and was informed when I got there that my son’s cake was not there that the order had not even been processed. Will never order anything from this place again and will inform anyone I know wanting to place a bakery order to not even waste their time.
