3 months agoDo not go to this Kroger the security guard was turning people away at the door at 9:40 p.m. when they close at 10 pm. He said it was because they have a line inside I looked through the window there was no line inside. If you have a closing time of 10 p.m. how is it right that you’re turning people away at 9:40 p.m.. oh and the best part about it is he said his managers the one that told him to do it. When I asked to speak with the manager he said the manager wasn’t there. Good luck shopping there they don’t seem open even when their hours say they are.5 months agoThis location store has most products than other Kroger stores. Cashless register fast check out.2 months agoAbsolutely disgusting. 1 can machine working. Rude customer service from team members assigned to bottle return. Tyler the manager was showung symptoms of being high, a bunch of excuses and bad attitudes. Paid 15.75 to do what? Wear headphones and sweatpants and be miserable to every human on your shift? Shopping here 10 years, I’m done will find another store.5 months agoI just stopped at krogers to pick up a birthday cake for my brother and I ended up leaving the cake at the register. As me and my daughter began to put the grocery in my van, I didn’t notice that I had left the cake inside. Low and behold one of the best customer service agent named Sherri brought the cake out to us. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service! Keep up the great work!!5 months agoThe store was well stocked with associates around to ask questions if you weren’t sure where something was.I have a great deal on honey spiral cut hams that ring up at .89 cents a pound! Ours had over $20 in savings.
We noticed that both of the cart corrals were being collected but the Kroger Associates were just hanging out there on their phones.

3 weeks agoLarge format Kroger store, huge variety of product. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Massive variety of product produce is extremely fresh and always looks good bottle return is always looking clean, has an abundance of electric carts for the disabled or elderly to make use of.2 months agoI don’t typically shop here as the one on merriman and cherry is much closer but i do pass this store coming home so it makes for s quick pop in to grab something!Theyve definitely rearranged things from where I remember but things look like theyve gotten cleaner and more organized once you kinda get the flow of where stuff is. The checkout lanes go pretty quickly too!
a month agoThe bathroom was like flood zone. It smelled like piss. I walked out immediately if you can’t keep a bathroom clean and you have mob of employees standing around doing nothing laughing making 16 a hour i wont be touching the food you have for sale. I special ordered a $29.00 vegetable tray for a party and got a jumble of cut veg and uncut veg. Will never special order anything there again. Notice the whole head of cauliflower in the pic. I’ll have to cut it up myself… Waste of my time and money.
Worst whiskey selection of ANY store I’ve been to. Most gas stations and party stores have 3 to 4 times more to choose from. This is what it looks like on a regular basis.
This rating is for the deli only, they never open when they ARE supposed to be open, I never see them change gloves in between customers like they are SUPPOSED TO DO, ladies back there will ignore you until you call them, and always have and attitude. At this point I get my lunch meat eles where! I’ve been a customer for years and never been to a krogers deli that is this bad.
I Love shopping here. Cons: is The Young Lady Name “Hope’ that does the stocking is very rude i tried to ask for help she ignored me and give me a very mean look & They Never Have Ice Mountain Water. Pros: is Cashiers is Very Friendly & Professional.
I do my online pickups here its way more convenient, I want to give JIM for online orders the older guy with a big heart 10 + stars, I was going to stop after 2 bad experiences but to be honest JIM is such a sweetie and as long as he works here I will continue to shop here, if the world had more of him, it would be a better place.
