3 months agoMy wife and I just became Costco members and we went to the Norwalk location. The parking lot was insanely busy and not the easiest to navigate. Once inside we went and got our cards. It was a pretty easy process, they just took our pictures and printed out the cards. We did need to show valid IDs before getting them. Afterwards, we went shopping and overall it was a good experience. It was pretty busy but we made it through the store and found what we needed. The prices are great and check out was not bad at all. I’d recommend Costco for anyone looking bulk buying and reasonable prices. Giving this location four out of five stars due to the parking situation.in the last weekI’m happy Costco offers great hearing aids for a good price.I’ve bought two hearing aids at this place and I have nothing, but good things to say. I recommend talking to Rosana since she will do a great job at taking care of you by making your first hearing purchase an easy learning experience. Rosana has also helped me learn how to take care of my hearing aids so I get a longer life out of them. Thank you everyone for making my life easier.
5 months agoKelly at self-checkout is rude. I went to self-check out and she started to harass me. I asked for help and she said that I cannot do self check out. I asked why and she said that’s instacarts rules. I checked my company’s contract and no is no reason why I can’t use the self-checkout. I feel personally persecuted by her poor customer service.3 months agoThe staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The food samples are always fun to try.The food court has hot dogs with a refillable soda for $1.50. And the best part is that the prices are very competitive. What’s not to like?

a month agoHuge Costco fan in general but this warehouse is nice and fairly easy to get to off the main highway. Usually well stocked and clean. It has a liquor store and a Costco gas station which is always nice. Also, very close to Chick-fil-A for anyone interested.2 months agoI am addicted to Costco. I have visited at least 20 different stores in at least 10 different states. This is a very good one. The parking lot is excellent (never a given with Costco), there’s a gas station, and they just got new carts. I only avoid this one around rush hour because the road to get there really backs up with all the construction and traffic. That is definitely not their fault though.3 weeks agoBought a air purifier. When I got home I Opened package and found it was already used…. Directions, Air Filter and other small parts missing. I noticed a thick amount of dust on the air vent. Not cool. I was surprised this item was placed back on the shelves…..7 months agoI don’t go to Costco often, but we were in Brookfield and had time to kill. Some of the quantities are way too large since two of my kids have gone to college. It’s nice to go in and still look around to find items you can’t find anywhere else. The free samples are always a plus. There are two things that I dislike with this Costco. The parking lot always seems to be a nightmare. I’m not blaming Costco, it just always seems that people drive irrationally in this parking lot. Also the lines are always insane. It has eased a bit since they added self check out. The employees are always friendly and helpful. My favorite part about Costco is leaving. We usually get something from the food stand. Even with 10% inflation everywhere else, their hotdog and drink combo is still $1.50. Kudos to you Costco. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. We also got the twisted churro which has made a comeback. It was off the menu for a little while. I’m guessing the popularity of churros has brought it back. Overall, usually a good experience at Costco.4 weeks agoGreat store, always clean with great staff to help you. Wish they had more of the popular products you see in warehouses in other states but otherwise, no complaints

Excellent wholesale store. Huge amount of items stocked and ready for Xmas. The bakery was outstanding for the wide variety of baked items and smelled Delicious everywhere! Clean and organized, the staff was very pleasant helping my parents in the hearing Aid department.

Weekdays would be best to go. Sundays are super busy. And if you wanna grab eggs or milk go all the way around towards the drinks in the back. It’ll save you some time with all the people traffic that goes on in that area lol
A great store with very good employees and the liquor section has remarkable prices. Bring back the Strawberry Margarita. Why is it not around for the summer months this year?
Make it available all year long and also come up with an additional flavor.
The store is disgustingly busy and no parking. Prices aren’t any big deal. Their cheesecake, alcohol, food samples, and dog food are the only reason I go.
Went to Costco Monday with my family and everything went well until we reached the door to have our receipts checked. We had 3 different receipts because we had 3 separate orders. The guy checked our receipts and we went about our way. Three seconds later the other guy that checked receipts chased my mother outside and asked her to check her receipt because of a sweater she had on. My mom showed him the receipt but was very upset so she went back in side to speak to the manager.
When my mother went back inside, the guy that chased her outside told us that he was told by a manager to check the receipt. I consulted with the other guy that checked our receipt and he told me that he told him not to do it. To make a long story short, when asked which manager told him to check my mom’s receipt he was unable to do so. My mom was very upset the whole day because of this situation. I was upset as well because the manager that we spoke to did not do enough to resolve this situation. For the amount of money people pay for their membership Costco needs to do better. To the idiot that took it upon himself to chase my mother outside. When your coworker tells you not to do something it obviously means that he already took care of it.
