Target provides a convenient and satisfying shopping experience. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through various departments. The diverse product selection meets a range of needs, from household essentials to trendy fashion. The staff is generally helpful, and the checkout process is efficient. With its accessible location and a blend of affordability and quality, Target in Stamford stands out as a go-to destination for a variety of shopping needs.
Convenient downtown location and store is clean/organized, but no one ever has an answer as to why the fitting rooms are closed daily THREE HOURS before closing time. Very inconvenient for the customer especially since parking isn’t free so if clothing doesn’t fit you have to pay for parking AGAIN just to return merchandise. For this reason alone I give it 2 stars.
This is one of the target that I m have to frequently visit since I live super close. My issue with this target of that the employees working don’t care to welcome you and even help you when you approach them especially when you want something that’s locked in the glass cabinets and here’s the worst part out of the 8 self checkout kiosks they have the always have. Max 3 working at time so people are just waiting in line. Self checkout is supposed to be faster and eliminate long lines but target does out opposite.
My return experience was fine it’s the buy online pick up in store experience that was terrible!! 5-6 workers walk by you while you wait there for more than 15 minutes to pick up the items, none of us were greeted they are completely unprofessional even when they asked me for my pickup info I didn’t even get a hello like what a terrible experience and this isn’t the first time. They truly show the customers how much they hate their job and don’t want to be there. They need to be retrained and reminded that they are there to help and please customers.
I always opt for drive-up orders because I have a baby in the car with me and prefer not to go inside. Today, I ordered diapers and waited in my designated spot, but no one came. My phone indicated that I had picked up the order and requested a signature, so I went inside only to find the employee just standing around. This is the second time this has happened and I am disappointed because the worker seems more interested in chatting than helping customers.
