6 months agoAs one of the largest Krogers in Arkansas, this fine establishment has many great offerings. A large flower and fresh produce area greets you as soon as you enter the marketplace entrance. Produce section is usually stocked and very neat. There is a Starbucks location inside next to the handmade sushi counter island. Kroger has a strong variety of cheeses complete with an assorted of olives on their olive bar. Boars head deli meats and cheeses that’s beside their bakery area that looses inventory towards the end of the day – it’s fresh! The fresh meat and seafood counter is a strong option in this city. This location has a good pharmacy with a two car drive thru – it stays busy inside and out. This location has a men’s, women’s and baby clothes option and usually some space for seasonal decorations back by the toy aisles. All around a quality marketplace!2 weeks agoLove the store and the huge variety of items, but disappointed in the poor service offered on isle 11 this evening. Obviously higher level management was not in-house. I was ignored while Maxine and gals were checking out/visiting with an employee, then when I asked if they would run get some jello I wasn’t able to find was told what isle it was on and to get it myself: other customers were waiting to be checked out and I walk with a cane, so took a little longer to get back to the checkout counter. Very disappointing and intentional.3 months agoOur favorite Kroger in town and amazing Pharmacy with amazing staff. Bakery and Deli are phenomenal and love their sushi when in a bind. I’m a single mother to a daughter and we avoid one entire side of the self check outs. There’s a team member there who’s asked me to take of my coat to show my shirt, my kid told them to bug off, and always makes inappropriate comments on appearance. The shirt incident was after my thinking maybe this team member is just that way. The last time that team member started looking at our food and trying to read tattoos covered by clothes. We seriously stay away from that side. That was my final test. Either that team member needs some serious training or should be replaced in my opinion. Everyone else seemed to be trying to dodge that team member as well. All of that aside, this location cannot be beat. It’s better than the ones in WLR that are also quite large. This one has high quality and trains their staff to come out and give coupons if you’re looking at any clothing or shoes or accessories. Their kids clothing is amazing. Better stain removal than fancy brands and always a good deal with their sales. The management of this store overall will be hard for anyone to beat! You get the convenience without the Mega Store feeling. It’s one of our favorite places to browse.4 years agoalways have great sales and very clean supermarket. Love the deli/salad bar.Edit: photos are of the condition of the produce section. Only two people working produce, and they were too busy chatting while unloading a box of corn together. Asked for help at customer service and never did get anyone to help me. Just needed an onion and some mushrooms.
4 months agoI was accused of trying to steal today. I always come to this Kroger with no problems but today I watched five people watch me talk on the phone with my mom about her sending me some money to buy something from the store. One lady who worked there even came on the aisle with a basket as if she was a customer to watch me. I only had my phone and wallet with me and I also didn’t have a cart because I was only get one item. So if I wanted to “steal” I wouldn’t be standing around in the open I was simply using their Wi-Fi to make a call for my mom to send money to me. I definitely will not be shopping here anymore.

in the last weekSelf checkout stations locking up. Half of them don’t work or are shut down. Shortage of carts. Not enough staff. Dirty. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.a month agoBeen going to this location since the Rodney Parham store was destroyed by the March tornado. I don’t know who is in charge of the deli area, but someone needs to fix the FLY/Insect problem. The lights that are supposed to help with keeping flies off the meat cutters obviously aren’t working and they are are EVERYWHERE! Disgusting. They’re getting on the fresh cut meats and all of the machines. Health Department needs to make a visit.in the last weekWorst Kroger in Little Rock & apparently it’s in the hood where they have to accuse every black person with a bag of stealing!!! Security followed me around the store And approached me said that “they said something to her”. I kept shopping but i won’t ever be back.3 weeks agoThere’s probably 75 people waiting to check out with 1 cashier working and 4 self check outs. Been waiting 30 minutes just to check out. Stay away from this Kroger if possible. I know I won’t be back.3 weeks agoVery convenient location but it needs a bit of sprucing up. The building looks old & tired and the parking lot needs to be re-paved.

What a great store…they have everything!!! Super clean store, and wide aisles. Best prices on prescriptions. Definitely recommend!!!
This may be the best grocery store in town. The staff always seems to be friendly and helpful. They have nice produce, bakery, hot foods, meats, seafood, and deli sections. They have nice international sections as well and you can usually find foods that you cannot find at other grocers here. The clothing and other sections are also nice. The prices can be a bit more than other stores but they can also be in line with other stores depending on what you get, coupons, etc.
Overall, it is my preferred grocery store in town and I would recommend it.
very poor customer service, was very rude and now i’m out $25. said it was my fault for not checking last night, but when i tried to call last night no one ever picked up. called today and said we should have called last night. we tried??? no one answered. very disappointed, i have always loved kroger but after this experience, no. Hire better customer service employees that are actually nice to customers and not rude. If i knew that young man’s name i would REPORT HIM. You don’t mess with peoples HARD EARNED MONEY.
It was my first time going into this Kroger. It is a very big building! Produce looks sooo clean and healthy! ???? A very nice employee stopped what he was doing, walked me all the way around the store to a refrigerated area and helped me find what I was looking for. He, also, spoke to me the same way I teach my children… Gentleman… ????
Just had The Best cashier EVER in our 13 years of shopping Jonesboro Kroger. Alecia was the perfect greeter and checker- even sacked as fast as she scanned!! Keep her!!
