6 months agoI think they just remodeled this store. It’s HUGE. They have things like a very nice wine tasting and bar area, a huge sushi bar and their produce section seems very large. Their kitchenware area is also huge. Very impressive. Weird that there was only one register open. You pretty much had to do self checkout. But other than that great.in the last weekThis store is usually well kept. Can get out at a decent time during checkout however I do not appreciate being stereotyped! Yes I have Loc’s and I’m African American. But not all of us steal! Many of us value hard work and honest shopping. Your store associates and security does not need to stand close by me when you clearly see that I am paying for my groceries! Many times you guys choose to watch the wrong people. While others go by stealing.3 weeks agoAs a new Ohioan, place has everything I’ve looked for in stock. Great savings by using the coupons, it’s like a Ralph’s from LA but better, depending on which Kroger store one shops at, it can have clothing as well. I’ve usually gone around 2pm & few lanes are open, self checkout is nice to have.a month agoGod awful experience. The line was at least 20 people deep, and they only have 1 register open. HIRE MORE CASHIERS, and pay them more5 months agoI purchased some colby cheese from Kroger today (03/31/2023) to make grilled cheese for my grandson. When I opened the pack there was mold on the cheese. With the high price you charge for groceries you can check the freshly of your product.

3 years agoGreat addition to downtown! I bought some of the sushi for lunch and it was really good. They have Marx hot bagels, which is my favorite bagel shop period. They have Eli’s barbecue and campfire foods which are a hit with my family.3 years agoSuper clean, very well stocked and plenty to choose from, this is a vast improvement from the previous location on Vine St., shopping on the first floor and a full eatery on the second floor. Yes they have elevators if you are unable to take the stairs.5 months agoI ate lunch here at one of the eateries upstairs and it was surprisingly good. I had a reuben and fries and chocolate chip cookie. Pretty inexpensive for all that and I enjoyed everything. Rare that you find a nice grocery store with a food court in a downtown area. It is a real gem.4 months agoAlzena works at Krogers on court st. You can tell when she’s had a rough day, but she do not take it out on the customers. She stays pleasant and professional. My stars today is for her customer service.10 months agoWhat a blessing this store is to downtown Cincinnati. A store exec gave me free tickets to a Reds game while passing though one day. Hot cookies in the produce section. What isn’t to love?

Never seen a grocery store with such open contempt for its customers. Products like baby formula walled off in a separate store within the store. Electronic security as you enter and leave. The rest of the human cashiers are gone, replaced by kiosks (that are half closed or broken). There were three people at the front of the store this morning: a single, harried human helping people interact with malfunctioning kiosks, and two cops, chatting with each other and eyeing customers down as they checked out. This place has been mismanaged into the ground, apparently for the sake of keeping payroll low and inventory secure. Try Clifton Market on Ludlow instead.
I ordered my daughters birthday cake last week from here and picked it up today and it looks so horrible like my 5 year old daughter would do something like this. I ordered a big cupcake it was supposed to have SpongeBob on it and it didn’t they cut out these lil SpongeBob things and put on it and it was supposed to be SpongeBob rings on the smaller cupcakes the colors are all off! They was supposed to be yellow and pink, I got pink and purple mixed cupcakes and the ones with the cut out on them barley had any icing under them just enough to hold the SpongeBob cut out, I am ashamed to take this to her party tomorrow, they also added green sprinkles witch I didn’t ask for. They forgot the writing on her saying happy 5th birthday smh. I will never ever order a cake from here again! I would suggest you don’t either because you have to pay for it days ahead of time and that’s how they get you ur stuck with sloppy stuff like a kindergarten did it 😫. The manager said is something wrong I said yeah and pointed stuff out she said on we can write the name but it’s not on the ticket we’ll get ur employees in check not my fault they don’t follow instructions. And at that u had someone new dona birthday cake smh
Was shopping Corryville Kroger Saturday afternoon to pick up some fried chicken and dinner rolls for my seniors citizens neighbor. When I pick up some King Hawaiian (4pkg). This is what I saw come on Kroger you going up on your prices please sell fresh products. Is this what your CEO take home to his family for dinner?
Kroger, two open lanes, and two self checkout lanes with only one person to the work 6 registers in each lane. I don’t blame the employees for not caring.
