What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. How is it that the management doesn’t make sure the appearance of the store outside looks presentable? Half the carts are outside. This handicap cart is probably dead due to the fact they left the battery to get cold. Smh it’s 5:30 am and the managers here are just horrible.
A little over a year ago I came here and was so upset that the store was filthy, I stocked to the max. Ceiling tiles were missing almost throughout the whole store.
I may still have the 17 pix I took of Kroger then.
Around Thanksgiving I took a look in the discounted meat area. What do you know, the store has allowed who ever to tear of the original price and mark it for sale. Just wow! Who would even buy it then? I sure wouldn’t!

  2. People always wonder where I get my beautiful flower arrangements from and my secret is no secret, Krogers! ❤️

Tiffany is amazing at what she does and is always a true delight to work with and always put a smile on my face with her beautiful arrangements. 💐

Rather they’re for a special occasion or just to put a smile on your or someone you love face, she gets the job done!

Visit her for your next peace of sunshine and joy 🥰.

Also we share the love of glitter!! Glitter is a must in every bouquet..

I like to say, “ it sparkles like my personality! “😂✨

    Thanks Tiff 💐

  3. Nice store, but my disabled friend almost fell over trying to navigate through the cluttered isles that were being restocked. One of the guys restocking was mouthy saying my friend was making a mess when he accidentally ran into random boxes that were scattered throughout. How about restocking on third shift? How about not disrespecting people that are disabled?

  4. This store is about 3 blocks away from my house but I only stop here if I need a couple of items because its old and rundown so I drive the extra distance to Jackman Road. If they cared about their associates & customers they would use some of the billions in profits to remodel this busy store. I know this store is profitable. Its busy all the time. I was there tonight & my cashier Anna was very friendly so Anna gets 5 stars but the store gets 3 only because everything I needed was in stock.

  5. Very ghetto. Lady pulls out giant coupon book. Takes 30 min. Then instead of trying to speed up line for those waiting. Clerk leaves. Strands everyone. Also worst parking lot ever. Staffs always very nice though. Products are fresh.

I’ve been shopping at this Kroger for years and loved it because the staff and management were so friendly. Well not anymore. It’s clear someone new is in charge. I witnessed a manager/supervisor treat the checkout cashier like garbage and she also had an attitude with me over a merchant coupon. Apparently Kroger only accepts the coupons they offer on the app and no outside coupons are allowed. Still paid for my products and decided I’ll shop elsewhere for now on. Treat your employees with respect it’s not easy dealing with the public while working.

The deli needs to have more of a variety of cold salads. They never have summer slaw.

This place used to be the best. I gave it five stars before. But, due to some apparently really bad design & management decisions, it’s now the worst. The prices have skyrocketed, making it better to go to Meijer or even Whole Foods or Aldi or Trader Joe’s. Even the coupon system is a scam. Most of the products that have a coupon have their prices increased, prior to the coupon being published. So it turns out that the customer is paying the same price as they would have before, without a coupon. Many of the Kroger and Private Selection brand products have undergone changes to their appearance, to disguise the fact that they have decreased in size; yet the prices remain the same. The lower prices of those brands used to be one of the store’s saving graces. Also, the number of store brand products has actually decreased; many of the Kroger Brand Products aren’t even available anymore. One example is the Kroger Brand moist dog food that is the equivalent to Moist & Meaty– it hasn’t been available in any Kroger stores for at least a year now. Additionally, the Kroger brand cereal selection has been dramatically reduced. Those generic store brand options were really good! To make matters worse at this particular store, the wait time in line and the length of the lines has increased because they closed six self checkout lanes and opened up five instead. Three of the five new self-checkout lanes are similar to the old ones. They also opened two differently styled self-checkout lanes that can accommodate shoppers with bigger orders. But those two newer lanes are monopolizing the one cashier that is available to help people in all five lanes. It’s a total debacle. And, in the end, there’s one less self-help lane. What they should have done is opened up the new ones, IN ADDITION to the old ones. That would have made matters better than they were before. But, in fact, the situation is far worse than it was before. Bad choices, Kroger. Your customers have noticed and you should remember that they have plenty of other options besides the local Kroger.

Today around 8pm the manager Caitlyn or whatever her name was, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked her kindly a simple question and she barked at me and told me I have to come back tomorrow because there’s no one working. Well you are a manager and you are just standing around doing nothing you could easily of answered my question or assisted me. Very poor customer service I will never be back to shop here if she still works here.

I have a super busy life, so I depend on the click list/grocery pick up….I’ve has missing items a few times in the past, but yesterday I put in an order at 4 pm to be picked up at 7:30…..someone called at 7:10 pm to tell me that they were short staffed and that my order would not be ready til 8 am today…..well I was not able to cook dinner because it was in that order and I have no items for my lunch today! If they would’ve given me a little more notice, I would’ve planned accordingly! Needles to say, we had to order out!!!!! So very disappointing!!!!

Literally the worst grocery store in the area. Worse than Walmart, worse than Aldi. The store is filthy, nothing in stock, employees are unhelpful and unfriendly, and the prices are gouging-level territory. I go here only as a last resort. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes to check out because they can’t even maintain enough staffing to keep half of the self checkouts open.
