2 weeks agoMy card was charged twice for a purchase on 7/6/23 , the store couldn’t do anything so I have been dealing with trying to get my refund for over a month . I have dealt with at least 6 customer service reps since then and still haven’t received my refund . They keep telling me 3-5 days till I get my refund each time I called . I shop at Kroger constantly and have never dealt with such horrible customer service. I would check your receipts and bank accounts because I’m sure I’m not the only one who they have stolen from. I called the customer service hotline and online chat and still nothing.a year agoTerrible produce! Thank God we now have another Kroger option! I call it ” ghetto Kroger” for a reason! This produce out in the middle of the produce isle? No care for how these MOLDY melons can/ will spread to the good ones??? Awful! No accountability here. None in meat dept. Thee End 🎯6 months agoI’ve been doing deliveries for 8 years and your receiver as the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in this business. I heard about 18 curse words and all she did was bad mouth you’re kroger the whole 15 minutes I was there. I tried to say good morning to her and all she did was ignore me. At least try to have a receiver that knows how to deal with people and is not so rude!

2 weeks agoA little expensive but I just wanted to share my experience of my most recent trip here. I had my baby and anyone who has been grocery shopping with a baby knows it is not easy. Derrick who was in the produce section at the time (black hat and brown hair) went out of his way to help me get what I needed and made sure I had a great shopping experience! He was super kind and he made my day. Thank you Derrick! Just wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserved. There are still kind people in the world. 🙂a month agoI love this Kroger but the one older female cashier with white hair whose always wearing a mask and disgusting gloves is very rude and condescending especially to older customers ( I’ve seen her belittle and confuse older folks a few times) I think she needs classes on customer service or they need to send more secret shops her way. Other than her rudeness this location is always nice and clean and less crowded than all the other locations in the area.a month agoI only go here because it is so close and convenient. It’s hard to find what you need in the produce section, it’s mostly empty spaces and picked through left overs. Some employees are nice and friendly and others seem rude and lack personal hygiene. Lines are also VERY long. Especially in self checkout. They only have half of them open at once most of the time.3 months agoThis used to be my favorite Kroger. It was usually quiet, never too crowded and had everything we needed. Angelo, by far was and is a bright spot of the store as well as all the cashiers and baggers in this store.However, ever since the new Kroger on 9 mike opened, this store is seriously neglected. Produce selection struggles, it’s a 50/50 shot that we can get salami or turkey from the deli, on top of multiple times standing at the deli or bakery watching workers ignore me while they are having conversations. Forget trying to get anything from the meat counter, they are never open, don’t appear to be staffed and the selection of packaged steak which we get once a week is non existent.
Basically, if I want to get “fresh” products I have no other choice but to go to the 9 mile Kroger which has a terrible layout, but seems to be fully stocked and staffed.
3 months agoUsed to be the “Go-to” Kroger in the Area but ever since the 9mile store opened up, this Kroger is now treated like the unwanted stepchild. Every trip they are at least out of 2 items I need and the isles are always in disarray and getting picked clean. If you have to start investigating when they get supply drops then it’s prolly time to find a new store….

NOTHING LOOKED FRESH, worst Kroger I have ever went it. Everything scarce, just terrible. The produce department was even worse. When I opened the seafood I purchased once I arrived home, the smell was TERRIBLE. I went back today to speak to the manager, and he didn’t even care at all
Wow Kroger, you’ve really outdone yourself! There’s a line to the back of the store. I left because it’s ridiculous, even if tomorrow is a holiday. The Kroger stores in this area are a joke. I think I’ll shop at meijer from now on. I’ve had enough. Hire some cashiers and open more registers and more U-scan registers! How hard can it be? Meijer had a line that was 25% as long, and moving 3 times faster. Maybe you should copy meijer and install 20 U-scans or at least open more. If you frequently waste your customers’ time, you lose the customers, and lose business. You’ve lost mine.
Worst experience ever! Scheduled a pickup order with a time established by store time slot and even selected “on my way” once I was notified that my order was ready.
Selected the “I am here” option to check in and I am “Still here” 40 minutes lates and have watched multiple cars get their order who came in after me??
UNFICKENBELIEVABLE!
I explained to the manager (Max) that I was here and had a prior time slot that most who he had serviced and asked how is that possible and he said it’s just however the orders “popup”??
This location is so disorganized and incompetent and and constantly lacking, with ZERO customer service or support 🤯😲😢
The ladies working the deli on Sunday are USELESS!!!!!! they don’t understand stand fractions. You tell them the amount you want they tell you they don’t know what that means. Tell them MULTIPLE TIMES, SLICED THIN!!!!!!!! They can’t do that either. Shame on management for not properly training these employees. They shouldn’t be working in the deli. They would be off stocking shelves.
We were very shocked at the behavior of the woman behind the bakery counter at about 11:30 a.m. Thursday September 14th. She ignored 3 customers and finally gruffly told them she didn’t work in the bakery & walked away. Now I know that isn’t usual behavior at the new Kroger’s & it’s why I gave the time & date so the woman could be sanctioned & even fired!
