Following a car accident, I began receiving chiropractic care and therapy at Armstrong King Chiropractic Clinic. Prior to going here, I looked at other places, looked at reviews but this one came highly recommended by word of mouth and I now can I can see why. From my very first visit, I felt as if I played a critical role in my treatment plan. Dr. King made sure I understand the impact of the accident on my body and how the damage could be reversed. She explained the steps I would need to take at home and she continued to check in on each visit to ensure I was following my at-home care. Additionally, her staff are eager to come to my aid for questions and concerns that I raise. In today’s society where most people have forgotten about customer service, the entire staff at King Chiropractic Clinic have gone back to the basic of making patients feel like a friend. When I came to Dr King I was in so much pain. I could hardly walk. She immediately put me on a weekly Treatment Plan that would get me better. The exercises were tough, but I knew I had to do them in order to get better.,The Spinal Adjustments were awesome! Dr King knows what she is doing!!! She and her staff are so professional and friendly. Dr King worked with my schedule when I had to miss an appointment. I am happy to say that after 3 months of treatment, I am much better. I’ve been coming to Tullos Chiropractic going on 25 yrs now! The office staff has always been wonderful, friendly, efficient in all they do, Dr Tullos is a wonderful caring extremely knowledgeable in his work, that’s why I keep coming back on a monthly basis now. Now I see Dr Jeremy Wilson since Dr Tullos has cut back his days down due to retirement. Let me tell y’all about Dr Wilson first of all Dr Tullos could not have picked a better person, he knows his stuff that’s for sure, very compassionate and sweet and takes time to talk to you about what’s been going on in your life not one these Dr’s that just come in and doesn’t take the time to hardly speak and get on with business, that’s why everyone loves him so much! On the first visit, we found the root of the problem and immediately started working on it. Because of Dr. Wilson’s ability to communicate the exact “what” and “why” of my issues, I felt significantly more at ease.
What brought me to write this 5-star review, however, is a combination of awesome customer service from the moment you walk in the door and the honesty of the full staff. At any point, the doctor could have told me I needed to double or triple my visits, but instead, we mapped out a clear path toward my wellness. What’s more, because of my willingness to put in the rehab effort, I began healing ahead of schedule. Instead of continued my rate of visits (which means more money), Dr. Wilson’s integrity led to fewer visits.
I’m still a regular at Tullos, but in only a few words, I simply feel…better. And I am set up with the tools to stay healthy.

A wonderful compassionate Dr. and staff..I was so fortunate they agreed to give me an appt on short notice. I highly recommend this office and would go back whenever in the Jackson area. I have loved everything about my visits! The ENTIRE staff always greets you with a smile and they are very professional in their roles. From the front desk, to the billing department…to seeing the nurse practitioner Dominique (trigger point injections), Drs. Shearer and Garvey to the Rehab team…ALL PROFESSIONAL with amazing Customer Service!! I have nothing but great things to say about this team!
I initially thought that I was going to have to have surgery related the excruciating lower back pains that I was experiencing prior to beginning my treatment plan. Thankfully, my issue has been corrected with their plan and rehab therapy! Kudos to the rehab team too!! They are absolutely amazing!! As my time is winding down, I’ll miss them all! This care is a new type of self care for me, I’ll definitely visit every year for an assessment for my spinal health. I didn’t realize how much I needed Garvey Wellness. The staff is friendly and everyone has taken the time to smile and explain everything about me getting the best results possible. I feel great and can literally jump out of bed first thing every morning excited to start my day!
I had my very first chiropractic visit with Dr. Garvey. He is a phenomenal chiropractor. His approach put me at ease throughout the whole process. I recommend Garvey Wellness Clinic to those thinking about seeing a chiropractor for the first time and those looking for better chiropractic experiences. To be honest after my first visit I felt so much relief.
I started seeing Dr. Victoria when I was pregnant and moved to Jackson. She helped me with my pregnancy hip and back pain. I was able to have a unmedicated birth and think the adjustments helped me have a smooth labor and delivery.
I’ve been taking my baby to Dr. Victoria for adjustments. My bundle LOVES her adjustments at Garvey Wellness Clinic. She had colic and the adjustments helped her mood tremendously. Plus they are gentle and put her straight to sleep.
We are thankful to Dr. Victoria and her team for their help. I’ve been getting adjustments my whole life and Victoria is one of the best chiropractors I’ve been to. I highly suggest her to my friends and family. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. It’s clear everyone enjoys their jobs at Garvey!

My Story
I got up off the couch on Sunday evening and couldn’t walk. Their x-rays showed it was due to herniated discs in my lower back. I was walking within a week and am getting better and stronger every day through their treatment plan which includes physical therapy.
I just shared their information with a coworker and am trying to get my husband to give them a try. (He’s not keen on getting help until something is out of control.) He had to help me walk in for the first few appointments and has seen the results.
