We have been loyal to Cspire for years but we needed more lines for our business. We decided to try Verizon. We wanted to start service with Verizon because they called and were friendly. We couldnt get the phones we wanted, shipping was slow and they couldnt come to a consensus on a deposit amount so we cancelled the order and moved to AT&T. They opened an account in our business name anyway and we were sent a bill. I called the location and was told the amount would be adjusted off. Guess what? It wasnt. This is now a debt in collections with a collection agency using our business’s name and EIN. This location single handily but a black eye on our business’s credit account and the only thing they can say is “Call customer service, we cant do nothing about it” Thanks Verizon!By Aprill Coleman (11 months ago)

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The older lady with short blonde hair kept calling me queen, which is not my name. I came in to start new small business account. She assumed I wanted the cheapest plan which I didn’t and told me because I started my transaction online there was nothing she could do. I was totally irritated that she kept asking me for information out loud that I provided to her numerous times so this wouldn’t happen. Just a lack of respect for customer confidentiality. Kept telling me call back and sit on hold two hours For new service.
I transferred from t mobile to Verizon this month and I am the happiest now !!!! Friendly Customer Service is great and Irene is nice and attentive and know what she is doing. I would see her!!! She is the best representative to ever assist me the way that’s professional and done to a tee✅ I’m very very difficult to deal with and it was easy and natural with her!!! Well done!!!
