- Reviews:This clinic is old and not eye pleasing. Not much attention has been given to improve the environment. There is lack of car park around the buildings and moreover become muddy when the ground is wet. The clinic is located near the town centre for the convenience of the public to seek health care. It is quite messy and crowded. Just imagine there are 2 to 3 doctors sharing the same consultation room, therefore lack of privacy for patients as well. Patients also have to carry stacks of medical records around when they see a doctor or collect their medication at pharmacy. Wonder whether the patient will lose all their medical records if they misplaced those stacks of papers.By Rob Chang (a month ago)The staff are nice and work good. The building itself is very old and cannot accommodate the growing number of patients. Have to wait for long hours to see a doctor due to the big crowd and the inefficiency of the system. I for One, was being asked to go to different counters, without Clear instructions just to ask for an Eye Check up. My Patience and Perseverance were really put to Test, so as Not to lose my temper, being a Senior Citizen. Officer Incharged Should look into to this kind of unfriendly staff(s)/officer(s) manning the counters. To Serve with Courtesy… BERHEMAH BERKHIDMAT. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This review is to specially thank Dr Phang himself for his efficiency and professionalism, not to forget his kind and patient nurses/staffs who stayed past the clinic’s closing time. If it wasn’t because of his thorough examinations and immediate response to refer my sister to GH the same night, who knows what would happen to my sister that night. I noticed there alot of complains pertaining to their waiting time here but we should be more understanding that they are not doing it on purpose and it just means the GP takes his time to help understand his patients diagnosis better and honestly for such affordable fees, we shouldn’t be complaining. My sister and dad has been patronising this clinic from the very beginning until Dec 2021 where my sister was then diagnosed with CKD at the hospital. On behalf of the family, thank you so much Dr Phang and team for providing the utmost care and putting your patients’ wellbeing ahead of your own needs. We definitely need more GPs like you around!
Don’t be fooled by the amount of people in the clinic. It does not matter if you arrive early or late, this clinic always prioritized their ‘people or known people’ first as I observed. Me and my 68 years old mom waited almost 4 hours to get treatment or check up. My mom couldn’t stand the temperature inside the clinic was too cold and always in and out the clinic to get warm. The facilities should have water dispenser for those who in queue and the toilet must always have the tissues and hand wash. I wrote this review because there is no feedback form at the clinic or any kind of response from the patient about the service.
P/S : Now i am currently waiting for my mom to be called, since 7.50 am this morning. Waiting time as of now : 3 hours 23 minutes.
Results :
The Doctor is very nice and friendly. Always recommend some things to be done. But the long wait always be the problem.
Very poor reception by the counter staff. VERY Rude!!! We had just entered the premise for our scheduled Booster Appointment. Was very rudely instructed by the counter staff to get our documents ready! NOT recommending this Clinic for consultation until they get rid of the rude staff there!!! #KlinikYeeMiri #DrPhang

The services was so poor. I really not recommended this place. I have arrived here at 12:00 and been waiting for 2 hours here. When i ask the nurse, still lama? Ohh ada 3 org lg dpan kamu, eh hello? We have four persons here, but non of us had been called to jumpa doktor.. that 3 org is invisible org kah? Maybe this clinic also treats halimunan. Such a VERY POOR service provided. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
