  2. Recommended! Dr Ng King Hua and his team were doing an amazing job with their service. He did two of permanent restorations, scaling and polishing, preventive resin restoration, dental check up – examination, consultation, sterilization and consumable. Pricing is surprisingly affordable. Dr Ng is friendly, gentle and explained every step of the process from start til the end. He consistently remind me to signal him if there’s any pain or whatnot but there’s no such thing. The environment was calming with smoothing music in background and well conditioned room.

    I been to so many dentist in miri, they always dissapoint me in many ways. But tis smiley tooth dr lorna impressed me. I like her so much. She tell the truth of my condition, suggest me the best way let me choose instead of push me take the expensive package. She care so much on my feeling make me feel comfortable with her service. Super patience person and i highly recommend ppl go to her. I already recomend smiley tooth to many frends and thanks to my husband recomend me go here as well.

    Not happy with the time arrangement, admin arranged me at one slot and I reached 10mins before my time. But there’s customer who came back again for checking, they didnt infotm me earlier through message. And I have to wait there for extra 30mins my appointment time. How could this be better manage and minimize? Inform us asap if you see this is happening, tell us come 20mins later. Dont waste our time, parking fee as well. Not very satisfied experience. Now im not sure what’s the appointment for.
